We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe pre-booked cabanas but they were in the sun. Would be better if the cabanas were in the shade. Didn't like that you couldn't order food by the pool until 12 noon.

But the overall noise when people walked up and down the steps and the smoking area was very noisy they were right under our bed in the smoking area which woke up two three four in the morning every morning broken sleeps we did go to the front desk to complain and they said there's nothing we can do about it. I know it's a family hotel but the kids running up and down and ladies with high heels the hallways was very noisy I would not recommend staying by the stairwell.

AustraliaLack of deck chairs everywhere, we rarely got one in 4 days. No real happy hour, have to buy 3 to get 1 free! Expensive front restaurant and they allowed one person to sit in the booth for sunset for hours when it could have seated our group.
Grassed area, breakfast, gardens, close to shops & restaurants and directly opposite beach. Loved outdoor shower in room, lovely service from room attendant.

AustraliaAlthough water was supplied every day, we had to pay for the bigger bottle....... Not the end of the world, but hard to understand. Maybe not so suitable for us as there were mainly families with children and younger clientele.
Wonderful staff, very helpful, fixed our shower immediately, great breakfast, peaceful courtyard to sit and read. Great to be able to use the Club Lounge, the staff was very friendly and looks after us. Close to the airport, which nowadays is important as it can take long due to severe traffic.

Staff were friendly but any time I asked a question, they didn’t understand and would generally just smile and walk off or I had to explain lots of times. Room was all noisy and we could easily hear the people above and next door.

United KingdomThe breakfast was amazing, not the same everyday and lots of choice. Swim up bar was brilliant, lots of space around the pool area. Perfect for my 2 year old who had a beach pool, a smaller pool and the slides to play on. The Azul Beach club restaurant was amazing for food. The seafood buffet they offer could have done with a few more options but still nice. The air con was brilliant just what you need and the WiFi was really strong and never cut out throughout all the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble. Across the road to the beach and a 2 minute walk to Garlic lane with all the shops and bars.

AustraliaI'd say 4 star at best , terrible WiFi virtually had no internet at all .The family room was old and needed an update .The outdoor breakfast seating table cloths were torn and stained .On Easter non guest were allowed to come in to use facilities as they hosted easter activities for kids.This caused all the pool lounges to be taken by non guests and pool was full of kids .No pool rules were enforced and patrons were jumping off the rock wall .
Amazing pool ,close proximity to shops and restaurants and across the road to legian Beach .The staff were amazing and friendly. The gardens I would say have to be the nicest I've seen in legian .
