The airconditioning was broken and a maintenance person came to fix it. Afterward it started working again it took a really long time for the room to cool down.

I stayed here for 1 night and had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and the tv offered plenty of movie options.

Laundry was a bit expensive in our opinion and there is no gym and no sun beds (by the swimming pool). This was one of the reasons we booked. So don’t be fooled.

The fridge had to be replaced twice because it didn’t work, the gym was closed, the safety box had to be replaced because it didn’t work, the room key had to be replaced because it didn’t work, etc.

The staff here were absolutely outstanding. Not only did they make us feel very welcome during our entire stay but they also went above and beyond the call of duty when they discovered my daughter had left some personal belongings in her room and then had them shipped to us. Thank you!

The cleanliness of the hotel. Specially under wash basin at the bathroom is dirty. The other think is the light at the bathroom i don’t really like because its dark. I need more light at the bathroom. Thank you.

The buffet dinner at the restaurant 3rd floor was great. And the breakfast the last day my stay at the hotel was great. some various of menu we can choose and all are good. Thank you for your service.

I don't know whether it is Surabaya's regulation on covid or whatever, but about 90% of the staffs didn't wear mask. Though pandemic situation is getting better, it is still inconvenient for me to be surrounded by people without mask. Also, what I know is that Surabaya city regulation follows national regulation (mask is not mandatory only in outdoor settings), if it is true, then the staffs without mask is a violation of regulation. Sorry but I didn't feel convenience about it.

Location is convenient, staffs are helpful and breakfast was nice, especially the scrambled egg, it is sooo fluffy.

I could hear loud music from my room in the 10th floor but they cut it out just before 9 pm.

Room, sheets, and towels are clean. Room is not too big but quite comfortable. Hairdryer and toothbrush are provided in the room. The work desk and chair in the room are perfect for business trip. Location is quite near to the airport. Pretty far from city centre but you can always take grabcar or gocar. There are starbucks and mini market just walking distance from the hotel.

I need to wash my hand, but no soap or liquid soap, I have to go in the shower cabinet and take the liquid soap from there. The light also to remang - remang (dimly lit) not good for put on make up in the evening. 😅
