Nice place in the Center of Ubud. In the room I had conditioner, free water, refrigerator, hot water. There was a good swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful spacious room in the family compound. Very reasonably priced. Excellent firm king bed, delicious breakfasts brought to our room, lovely secluded pool, our every need taken care of. Short walk to the palace and market and in the other direction to Delta supermarket. Nice warungs in the street for meals. We highly recommend Jiwa's nephews Ajus and Deknik as drivers. Deknik took us to local sites and shared lots of information about local customs and culture.

Nothing! Amazing

Really good place! Hardly recommended! The staff its super nice, we did a ubud tour with Yandel and It was really good! He also drive us to our Next destination and on the way stopping in really nice views, super nice people working there. Breakfast was very good, special mention to the banana pancakes...delicious. they make the room everyday and when you arrive after a long day its fresh and they give water also everyday. Ubud its a very busy and intense area and when you enter jiwas house its a peacefull place and quiet...with nice swimming pool...gardens..a little puppy.. stay here!

Jiwa and his family and how well run the little homestay is. Well situated in Ubud to walk to most places and if a tax is needed Jiwa will arrange. Laundry done on site and breakfast served on your patio. LOVELY...

I loved everything about this beautiful homestay. Large room, comfortable bed and pillows, exellent aircon, daily water, heaps of power points in the room, really hot water in the shower assistance with what to go and see, really nice pool (8m x 2.5m), yummy breakfast brought to your balcony. I was lucky enough to be in room 03, beautiful gardens throughout the property. And the family are warm and welcoming. Jiwa and Ketut, you have a wonderful family. And little Junior (the pug puppy).

What a fabulous home stay! Everything was excellent - the room, pool, breakfast, and it's super close to all sorts of great restaurants and shops. The people are super friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in Ubud!

There's a frog in an small pond right in front of the room...I think he is hidden inside a small fiber wall in the pond...he is LOUD. He goes on ALL NIGHT, extremely loud...I mean, it's like an alarm going off non stop. Someone needs to do something about it...move him to another area or something. We got zero sleep that night...I don't even eat animals, and I had all kinds of thoughts about what I could do to that frog! I didn't know a frog could be so loud!

Jiwa was great. Our AC had a leaking issue, so we moved to another room for a couple of nights. The breakfast is just great! The pancakes were awesome. Really worth it!

The basic facilities, only one towel for person. Delicious breakfast but you can choose only one option of all available (differently cooked eggs or pancakes or fruits or rice/noodles). Usually fruits are as addition not as a separate breakfast option. But all this is nothing important, just to be prepared.

Beautiful territory, garden, excellent location in the centre of Ubud, no street sounds, fantastic family.

Everything seems good. The photo frames in the rooms were out of place but not a big issue.

The rooms were excellent. Though the photos on the walls were a bit out of place, it was a minor to no issue. However, we loved our stay at Jiwa's. It's not the place, it's the people. They were the best and always helpful.

It can be loud at night because of the frogs around. The bathroom would benefit from a deep cleaning and towels would need an update. I would also recommend washing the sheet that goes on top of the bed, didn’t feel clean at all. If you’re not too picky, it’s a great place to stay.

Jiwa’s house feels like a very mystical place. The room is simple, the location is great, walking distance to most places. Jiwa’s family was also very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also delicious.

Jiwa and his family are lovely people. They are happy to help. Breakfast was served on time in your room which we like the most. Jiwa also organised scooter and taxi for a fair price.
