Not really walkable to Sengigi & although taxis are available & relatively inexpensive, the drivers suggest they also take you to shopping malls / pearl factory so be sure to clearly say no otherwise the meter will continue to clock up!

Lovely beachside resort with fantastic rooms with luxury outdoor showers. Very clean & tidy resort.

Location: there is not so much to do around but the access to the Gili’s is very convenient. Beach: impossible to swim because of the big waves.

The place is Lovely and quiet. Our room was Huge and very confortable. The staff was nice and available. Very good breakfast. The swimming pool is big and in front of the beach. Sunsets are magicals.🥰

The wifi is not strong, but the satellite connection is good. So, if you can use internet from your Indonesian sim, you are good to go.

The staff goes above and beyond. The front desk was very responsive to all our needs. My husband has a strict diet and Robbin was very attentive and ensured, and even suggested, special meals. There are hammocks, a pool table, ping pong, and a large pool with floats. You can step directly onto the beach. We loved it here so much, we extended our stay!

Mosquitos. Because of the housing construction (high ceiling) there is a plenty of mozzies. I sprayed, the room, I covered myself with repellent, but anyway I've got many bites. Hopefully nothing severe as they were not aedes mosquitoes, yet this is something I really dislike.

The place is a wonderland next to the Ocean, surrounded by franggipani trees. Leasure is a top end. Hammock, swimming pool and everything here. Breakfast selection is enough and you dine next to the sea. Wonderful.

Housekeeping need to be more vigilant about keeping rooms completely ready before guest check in . Hand/face towels , kettle was not there . Telephone/ tv wasn’t working . WiFi is very slow for Netflix . Extra bed blanket was not kept . Locker was not reset . These are small issues but since we checked in late at 2200 hours it was very inconvenient to call engineer /housekeeping/ front desk and have them intrude our privacy till late hours .

Very nice beautiful property . Good size family pool Villa . Villa Pool is small and deep for kids . Room decor is very pleasant and elegant. Linen is clean , beds are very comfy . Bathroom is open roof style as pictures .room amenities are also provided .tv has Netflix.4 water bottles per day and they happily give more if needed .breakfast is semi buffet/ala Carte. Food is good ,priced a bit higher as other properties nearby. Beach is small ,good for a stroll but not really for kids to swim or play around. The main pool is nice sea facing . Pool area is the best in the hotel . They also allow swimming till late hours . Overall it’s a very well maintained,clean new property and easy access for kids and elderly . Staff is also very polite and helpful .

Everything at this hotel is just perfect. The rooms we had were large, comfortable with a fabulous shower. The bar area was lovely to sit and watch the sunset. The restaurant is most likely the best hotel restaurant I have ever eaten in. The large pool was wonderful. The views sublime. We had an excellent stay.

A very quiet place at the beach front is highly recommended for all and families too. Please be careful not to stay at the 5 star hotel further down towards a town named as Merumatty this is nowhere as in living comfort and food quality.

The internet connection was extremely poor. Breakfast could be better.

Very nice staff. The hotel is situated on a spacious piece of land, lots of greenery. Rooms were spacious, nice outdoor huge bathroom.

Clean, spacious rooms with beautiful walk-in showers in nature. Our rooms were in front of the pool, which is also in front of the beach. Great selection of food for the free breakfast, and the meals are delicious and cheap; the staff was kind and they offered trips and transportation.

The location was top, the relax level in the resort was over 9000, the customer service was also on point and the front desk manager - Fin was more than happy to serve us!

Breakfast was good, pool area was v nice and rooms very comfortable and clean. The spa seemed a little less professionally run than the other areas but we still had a nice massage.
