Top floor room with a heavy bag.

Position close to airport,5+ minutes by taxi.The pool looked nice but we didn't have time to use it.Two minute walk to a street full of shops.bars,restaurants etc.

The quality of amenities, eg towels were threadbare and were on off white. But you get what you pay for - extremely cheap price.

I booked as a couple and I requested a full bed but i was given a two single bed pushed together and that's it... They don't care!!

They could do with a bit upgrading, especially linen ( towels ripped and with holes). Good location ( close to the airport), ideally for one night if you have a morning flight. Bonus - transfer to the airport . Lovely staff!

My towel and linens were broken, but at least they were clean. The ceiling light in our room didn't turn off all the way, but left the room dim (not a big fault, but for me it made falling asleep more difficult).

Location was good, really near the airport, but little further from the busy roads, so you couldn't hear the traffic to your room.

Breakfast options and food could improve

I had a meal in the restaurant the made me quite ill. Luckily I had improved in the morning for my flight.

Airport shuttle was great. I stayed in 108 which is a room in corner no pool view. The room was okay, the remote didn't work the TV and one of the bedside lights was broken. The location isonly 10 minutes walk from Jerman beach a great place to watch the sun set.

Cons: The TV didn't work and as it was late, I decided not to bother getting someone to fix it. I had a problem locking the room safe and the staff were quick to help. There was water dripping from the air conditioner & they immediately came with a towel as nothing could be done to fix it at that moment. The juice served is not freshly made.

I chose the hotel because of the pool and close proximity to the airport AND the free one-way airport shuttle the hotel provides. Feb. so the off-season with few guests. It is close to Kuta area but many eating options and bars (I didn't go to any) are 7mins walk away. A small alley takes you to the main street with nightclubs, bars, massage/cosmetic places, restaurants & streetfood. The local beach is close by as well. There is no traffic sound as it is situated off the main roads on a well lit alley-road. The rooms are smallish, the bed basic, taking most of the space. The bathroom is small but functional. I booked a pool view where there is an outdoor table/chairs on the "balcony". I was afraid the restaurant pool area would be noisy but it was barely used- in fact only one other person used the pool & a couple ate there. It is very peaceful, the sounds of running water from the pool fountain is relaxing & you do not notice that you are surrounded by buildings. As with other hotels, you choose what you want for breakfast the night before. You get what you order, nothing more, nothing less. The restaurant is open for orders of an evening, overlookng the hotel pool. Basic hotel but relaxing fx. if staying a night or two before or after flying in to Bali. Recommended.
