The manager was great. His colleague however, wasn't as approachable. When I enquired about the tours, he was eating and told me to come back. When I did return, he wasn't very helpful, kept asking where I wanted to go, didn't display prices. I didn't know where I wanted to go because I don't know the area - wanted to see what was on offer! He smirked everytime I asked a question.

Very comfy bed. Great room in general. Spacious and modern. Nice breakfast. Juice would've made it amazing. Only tea, coffee or water offered. The garden and pool area is well kept - lovely and inviting.

We paid for a room with air-conditioning, when we got there we were given a room with only a ceiling fan. The rest of the rooms seemed to be taken so we couldn't be bothered to make a fuss. But it was disappointing. It seemed like most rooms had AC and we got a bad draw. A lot of monkeys come around in the afternoon and create some havoc. Definitely don't stay here if you're a little scared of monkeys. Don't leave literally anything outside because the monkeys might take it. I was in the pool in the afternoon and monkeys came and stole a drink I had, and were hissing and screaming at me which was a stressful experience as I was stuck in the pool and didn't know what to do 😅. Eventually the staff helped.

Nice location, lots of shops, food options, and convenience stores around. The pool was absolutely lovely. The exterior of the hotel was very pretty. The room was nice and clean, overall pleasant. In the afternoon, dozens of monkeys climb around the hotel looking for food which is entertaining.

Property has a pool in the center. It is walking distance to the sacred monkey forest. We got a breakfast and also staff was friendly.

Very agradable ans well located hotel. Very easy to located and move, double bed confortable and clean room. Staff very supportive and kindness. I really recommend them as pleasure experience.

We had no hot water. We were upstairs and neighbours light on all night making room difficult to sleep in due to bright light.

The pool was lovely in a beautiful garden setting. Right in the middle of ubud with lots of shops, Cafe and markets. Staff very friendly.

The breakfast was nice. The location very good for visit the most turistic places arownd. The pool veri big and quiet. The monkeys come to visit you every morning so, look out if you leave things in the balcony!!!

The pillows were all disgustingly AWFUL. If you plan to stay at this guest house, after you check in, romve the pillow cases and see what is under it ... I bet you will shout the loudest Yuck you have ever done. You will simply need to ask for new pillows to be provided to you.

Room and pool were fantastic. Great location in terms of getting to all the bars and restaurants, just round the corner from the monkey forest. Just be careful as monkeys do come round the pool. This is a great experience but don’t leave your stuff lying around. They helped with us booking a trip to the volcano. All very easy to do. Cool little cheap taco bar at the side that do a taco and beer deal and an absolutely amazing veggie restaurant just down the hill on the same side. Nothing to write home about to sit on but we did take away and sat at the pool and ate.

There was no hot water, so its A little bit uncomfortable to shower in the Evening. There is also only ventilator, not A/C. At night you can hear scooters.

The place is cozy, and comfortable. It is near by Monkey Forest so you can easily walk here. Breakfast is tasty. Personal also very friendly and super helpful.

You can hear your neighbors pretty clearly. And just keep in mind that not all rooms are air-conditioned ours wasn't but it wasn't a problem for us. There is a fan.

Rooms have a private balcony. The hotel is walking distance from the monkey forest and many good restaurants and shops. You can often see monkeys outside your room in the courtyard or on the roof. The monkeys do try to get into your room, so be careful about the door and windows.

Bathroom is a bit dated, but very functional. Can be a bit noisy as near the main road - earplugs recommended.

Great location in Ubud and excellent value for money. Staff were fantastic and very helpful, and I loved the banana pancake we had for breakfast so much that I have asked for the recipe. Highly recommend if you're looking for comfortable accommodation in Ubud on a budget.
