Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaNothing, my wife and I said to each other the morning we left, ''we would have taken more nights here'' !
First and foremost, the staff! Wow, so nide and friendly!!! The site is awesome, the breakfast are delicious and the room very spacious. Talking about the room, the bed was just perfect, among the best we had in our last 6 weeks in Bali. For the price we paid, this was by far our best bang for our buck! Kutuk was very helpful and also the young lady that i'm sorry I forgot the name, but she was the serving the food. The pool was also very convenient and nice

AustraliaThe location amongst the rice fields was amazing. We had the pool to ourselves each day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Pandawa Village was so peaceful and relaxing. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. If you didn’t want to go out, Pandawa has their own small restaurant and the food was really good too and reasonably priced.

AustraliaThe location /signage was not that clear but you can understand why - its off the main road but easily accessible by car or bike.
The stand out for us was the fist impression of the room as you walked in. The layout of the room. The layout of the hotel. The View. The dog. Spacious bathroom.

Boutique bungalows in idealistic picturesque, quiet and relaxing location just a short walk to Lovina Beach. The owner/manager is a delight and treats her staff with great respect and her staff in turn provide exceptional hospitality.

United KingdomThere are some neighbourhood dogs and cats which are annoyingly noisy throughout the night. In particular the cats were shrieking, I could probably guess what they were up to, and it wasn't pleasant. The TV in the room didn't really work either.
A highlight for our trip to Bali. Pandawa Village was a beautiful villa located nearby a rice field. The place was very spacious, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the complex was stunning. We hired a moped through the villa and also did the Balinese massage which was a highlight - the masseuses were excellent.

NetherlandsUnfortunately one of the bars in the mainstreet is very loud and this caused us some sleepless hours.
The Pandawa rooms are fine and the pool, breakfast and team is absolutely perfect.

Bulgaria"Pandawa Village" is a great place to stay. Situated in the forest, near a rice terrace, within a walking distance from the beach. Nicely decorated garden and wonderful swimming pool. Everyone was very kind and hospitable. We will be happy to stay there again.

FinlandBreakfast a bit slow. But I am usually not in hurry during holidays...
Great and comfortable bungalows with much space, nice view over the rice paddies and a beautiful common pool area. Restaurant serves good food and stuff is very friendly to help with booking trips and so. The night guard even helped us to fire our new years fireworks for the kids. By foot it's less than 10 minutes to lovina beach/center with a large amount of restaurants, shops and bars.

IndonesiaProbably the downside is only the access. we went to pandawa street which end up in the middle of rice field. Apparently we need to find Jl. Pudak to access the car park location.
We got villa number 1 which very close to the pool and breakfast area. Pool was great, and the breakfast too. Room is big and the bed is so cozy.

AustraliaThe toilet cistern was a little temperamental. The staff were always happy to assist in attempting to repair it, but it could be a little embarrassing at the time!
Our second stay. Lovely big room beautifully air-conditioned. Large verandah to sit on. Wonderful pool. Food is available all day if you wish. Very quiet position in the ricefields with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff.

United KingdomNothing everything was wonderful
From the moment we got there we were made so welcome it really is a lovely friendly hotel. In fact before we arrived I had spoken to the hotel staff about it being my husbands birthday and they were more than helpful. The hotel has I think 5 or 6 lodge type rooms which are quite big, Private patio's on each with comfortable furniture and lovely views over the rice fields. We ate at the hotel 2 out of the 3 nights and it really was gorgeous food and very very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend the Ote Ote which was so tasty its untrue! We had the BBQ on Phil's birthday night which was cooked in front of us with plenty to eat and really tasty. The hotel arranged for me a Birthday cake and flowers in the room for Phil and even sang Happy Birthday to him at Breakfast. We had a wonderful stay at Pandawa Village and if we visit Bali again will definitely be back :) Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so fabulous x

New ZealandNothing really was fine
Breakfast was very good, the location out of the main action at Lovina and beach which we liked. Beautiful gardens, pool, outlook over rice paddies, frogs croaking at night. Pandawa Billage had only 5 villas so very quiet, staff super friendly and helpful. An easy walk to the beach and other restaurants.
