They need more tv channels. We were kind of disappointed in the room because we booked the triple room but it wasn't ready when we arrived, and they had to install an extra bed while we were in the room, and it makes the room smaller, which wasn't even similar to the pictures shown on here. And the housekeeping services were disappointing, we came back to the hotel at around 4.30pm and our room wasn't made at all! The swimming pool is great. I think they have to make the floors around the swimming pool area more 'rough' because it's quite slippery. My niece almost fell and there was a kid who fell and hit her head.

The check in and check out was smooth. The bell boy services were amazing. Never had this kind of bell services in Batam before. They will ask if you require taxi services, and will help you carry any items you bring back to the hotel.

Hotel is getting too pricey compared to before. Breakfast as sumptuous as before when we first known. They couldn’t upkeep the standards with the load of visitors during peak period.

breakfast was not that fantastic, SGD9 - few varieties/selections, the only nice breakfast i enjoyed was the omelette. half boiled eggs was not even soft boiled, egg shells was dirty, super unappetizing/unappealing. desserts (jelly in pudding was bland). overall i rather have my breakfast at starbucks.

room was big, only sliding door is super tight to open and closed (slide). location is very near with ferry terminal habourbay. i am not a swimmer but pool is okay, go in the morning, pool is cleaner :). evening - at your own preference, too many kids around.

Minor things: bathtub should have a shower curtain to avoid floor becoming very wet. Aircon thermostat was faulty but otherwise the aircon was strong and cold

New staff ain't professional. Wi-fi is getting worse. I don't see any changes in the breakfast menu after the 2023 trip. Billiards room has yet to be rebuilt after many years. Planet Holiday used to be a one stop recreational but it is failing our expectations.

We love the interior design of the hotel. Cleanliness of the room was top notch. Air-conditioning is cold. Room with a nice view. Bed is so comfortable. We had a good sleep. Overall rating for me and wife is Superb👍👍👍 would like to come back again. Thnx for the great service. Keep it up!!!

It needs a renovation it could be a really beautiful hotel with a little bit of a touch up. I could smell cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel even though I had a non smoking room.

The location is near to many amenities such as near to the Harbour bay ferry terminal, Padang dishes, Indian dishes and there's a shuttle bus 3 times a day on Fri, Sat and Sun to Nagoya Hill and DC Mall. Breakfast spread is sumptuous. Service staff attentive. There's a gym, swimming pool and dry sauna in service. However the steam room was out of order. I understand you can book room in the hotel via WhatsApp

Didnt manage to stay as planned. Need to check out 1 day early as received news that my son was hospitalised due to high fever. Upon chck out, staff was unable to do refund. Reason being that i booked through booking.com.
