Felt so comfortable here just like part of the family, as the staff are all amazing! could come back here and retire and it would be like the movie Marigold hotel lol, was fantastic! Its so much better than what the photos are, beautiful well kept gardens. We had live music on Thursday the musician was extremely talented 👌 We loved the breakfast a few different dishes each day we never needed lunch, and they make the best omelet

The staff were fantastic, great breakfast selection & the pools were fabulous. Lovely gardens & ambience. A fairly big place that was quite full but didn't feel crowded. The room was cleaned daily.

This is because it is dark in colour and at night hard to see so people walk into it . No hand towel.for around tea and coffee area. Towels old. Pool recliners need up grade.
Pool and lay out. Rooms serviced daily. Staff friendly quiet surrounds.central position

Great staff they were so happy. The pools were great. Getting a bit tired, originally had a superior room but upgraded to deluxe after check in as it was not as expected.

Rooms were fitted with old style balinese wooden doors which rattled loudly when there was a breeze, we had to place a chair against the door to stop the rattling so that we could sleep. An inexperienced staff phoned my room late at night, waking me up to enquire about another person's bill, not very professional and I was given a very insincere apology. Breakfast was very basic.
Location was fantastic. Short walk to beach and situated amongst great restaurants and shops. Coco supermarket a few doors down. Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Pools were clean and a perfect temperature. Gardens were lush and very beautiful. Great value.
