I couldn’t sleep from 2am-5am because of extremely noisy banging and crashing due to construction above us. We were on the 11th floor. I went to reception at 3am and they offered me a different room

In-room TV didn't work, I called the room service, and they said there will be someone there to fix the problem, but no one did until I checked out I ordered late dinner, it was nasi goreng, a very simple menu but the rice was bit of dry and tasteless The location of the hotel was also not easy to find, even using google maps, needs to put up more road sign on how to reach the hotel

The range of amenities at Swiss-Belinn Kemayoran added greatly to my stay. With access to a well-equipped fitness center, a refreshing pool, and diverse dining options on-site, I found little reason to leave the comfort of the hotel. The service was a standout, reflecting the warm hospitality Indonesia is known for. Every staff member I encountered was professional and eager to assist, making my stay smooth and pleasant. The rooms were a haven of cleanliness and modernity, with comfortable beds and contemporary facilities, ensuring a restorative rest each night. Value for money is a significant advantage of this hotel. Considering the amenities and service quality, the pricing was more than reasonable. The convenience of being close to public transport and major roads made exploring the vibrant city of Jakarta an absolute breeze. The hotel also catered excellently to my dining preferences, offering a mix of delectable Indonesian specialties and familiar international fare. Moreover, the views of Jakarta's bustling cityscape from my room were an unexpected bonus, adding a dynamic backdrop to my stay. Overall, my stay at this hotel was an experience I would highly recommend. It struck the perfect balance between indulgence and practicality, leaving me with many pleasant memories.

Towels got brown stains. No AC in the lift. Small issue on my booking room and access card but resolved quickly.

Hotel staffs are responsive and helpful. I like the breakfast, the foods variety and tastes just nice and eventhough in the pack hours foods were refilled fast. The hotel providing free shuttle to JIExpo event every 30 minutes is an added value.

Even though i travelled alone but i booked room for 2 guests. Towels, tooth brush, slippers etc everything was only for one guest. No one was there to help with the luggage while check in and check out.

Check in time. Booked 4 rooms at the same floor. Only 2 rooms ready at check in time 2.15 pm. 2 more rooms ready at 3.45 pm. Did not get free parking at this hotel. Have to pay 80.000 rupiah for parking from check in time to check out time. Cash. Not comforting. Why not free, n staff not inisiatif to ask about it.
