The location was within arm's reach of everything you need for. The bed was very comfortable and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The pool was as shown on the advertisement, kids enjoyed the facility very much.

As we were arriving on the Ogo Ogo Day and the roads were closed, would appreciate if the villa informed us much earlier instead of one day before our arrival. The quality of the in-room dining food could be improved with better presentation and taste.

Collection of the key was a breeze and service was efficient and good. Villa was clean and spacious. Pool is pleasantly equipped with a float. Overall Villa is tucked conveniently in a private and quiet area where we could walk out to the main street.

Although not a deal breaker and I would still go back, the following would be my o lay areas that needed improvement. Pool, although beautiful and large, temp was like a spa bath so couldn’t really use it to cool down after a day out in the heat. Thats not to say that it wasn’t used though. Toilet plumbing needs attention. I suspect the design is at fault. It was difficult to flush most things away. Ants all over the dining table while having meals. We had to ask for extra insect treatment (they do this every evening) as by the time breakfast rolled around the ants were everywhere. However again, this was not a deal breaker.

Bathrooms could do with renovation, removable shower wash handle didn't work and towles need replacing (most were very worn or stained)

The arrangement of the tv and bed could be looked at. Couldn't watch TV from bed.... which is fine, unless you are feeling sick and are holed up for the day. Apart from that awesome

Pool was great. Good size and deeper than most plunge pools 1.5m. . We've stayed there 3 times now.

A couple little things just in my opinion The tv in the bedroom needs to be up higher when laying in bed it is a little too low The pillows weren’t very comfortable Could have a few more more hooks in the bathroom near the shower Nothing major just little things easy fixes

Lovely private villa nice and quiet, lovely settings, great position close to everything, large bedroom and bathroom comfortable, cooking facilities, frypans, pot, crockery, utensils, decent size fridge, pool was great, staff were amazing very friendly, will definitely stay there again

Some afternoons, there was burning off and our outdoor area became very Smoked, but this would not deter us from returning

water heater was not working.

i loved this place so much. it was huge, a value of money. the best part is the toilet has a bidet. only problem was the water heater is always not working so most of the time we bathed in cold water. the staffs tried to help as much as possible but seems to no avail. overall, everything was great and i loved the place so much.

To be honest: everything was spot on. only bad luck that the restaurant was not. hopefully next time.

The breakfast keeps coming in late even though they agreed to our requested timing (since we have activities planned in the morning). It was tolerable since it seems they lack the staff in terms of breakfast duties.

Everything was great. The villa was huge, the toilet was super huge (too huge for comfort), till the point where we had to accompany each other to the toilet haha. But what made the stay perfect was the receptionist; shout out to one lady (sorry i forgot her name). We encountered a problem with the cost of extra beds due to a change in their management. So they had to refund us. Although there was tension during discussion, she handled it perfectly. Not only that she manage to get the relationship between us and herself back to how it was previously. She's witty and friendly, so kudos to her. Will definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Bali in future.
