Our shower sprayed directly out and it was hard to adjust the temperature without getting water all over the floor. The shower didn't drain well and I needed to take a short shower so water didn't spill out on the floor. There were not many outlets to plug in phones and laptops to charge and none near the beds either.

I liked the free upgrade to a suite

Quick stop over to get an early flight. Was sorry I didn't have longer. Lovely room, Clean fresh.. tea and coffee and 2 bottles of water in the room fridge. Nice touch. Airport coach required, a little too far to walk. Set times to pick up and friendly helpful drivers.

Even though they said they were updating parts of the hotel, our room needed an update. It wasn’t in poor shape but there were outdated features. Remove the tub, not only are they hard to step into, they aren’t used as much as you think. The grab bar stood out so far from the wall that it took up already limited space in the tub/shower. If the bar didn’t get you, the curtain would by clinging to you your entire shower. Pillows were too flat and mattress pad didn’t cover bed.

Location and shuttle from and to airport, restaurant inside, clean. Checkout was drop keys off in basket, not making people wait for human interaction or actual check out.

The bathroom did not match the high standard of the room. Shower was impractical and outdated.

We had dinner at 28. My daughter has allergies, gluten,dairy and seed. She had a steak and vegetables, got really ill! Once order taken no one came near us until it was time to pay.

Shower isn't fantastic but that's being very picky.

We left early (6am) to catch our flight. Having a basic early breakfast option (not sandwiches - as advised) would be good. Maybe even a takeaway style breakfast that could be eaten on way to airport.

The driver of the courtesy bus, Steven, was a great first impression of the hotel. Staff on front desk were also pleasant - albeit with minimal interaction with them. We unfortunately arrived late (10pm) so didn't get a chance to experience what the hotel had to offer. Great to have a double and single bed for family (other hotels looking to make us book 2 rooms). Location is about 5 minutes from airport which is very handy.

Breakfast ordered to hotel room Woken up with a phone call to tell us the price of our breakfast before delivery which I thought was scandalous, price for 2 42 euros Breakfast arrived not as we ordered and freezing, pudding and rashers like rubber and cold, wrong cereal ,pot of tea with no cups and 2 portions of cold toast 1 lot toasted and the other 1 hard white bread We also sent a message to the hotel trough messenger while we were still in the Hotel and nobody bothered responding we thought we would have a word while checking out but there was 30 to 40 people checking in so we could not get anyone's attention so we left about annoyed to say the least

Shower leaked a bit but not a big deal.

Great hotel near the airport. Shuttle service was great and on time. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you with any questions. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
