The room was quite noisy. It was next to a entrance to a apartment complex,so a door leading into the complex was always banging shut.

Location excellent.. Did not buy the breakfast package.

Room was great, minimalist, perfect, but entrance area wasn't clean nor inviting.

Loved our quiet room, thanks to the very professional receptionist for the efficient check in process. Great location, will stay again if in this neighbourhood.

Could have been nice with option to get separate covers, a little simple and wet bathrooms (not very thought through splash-covers maybe), very bad air in the room and limited ventilation possibilities, but most of that was according to expectations considering price.

Perfect for our group, friendly staff, according to expectations

The rooms could benefit for some make over, old looking and the shower could be renewed , moldy looking . New windows perhaps? it didn't strike me as being well maintained The beds were too high for my taste .

Staff was friendly, especially the breakfast staff .

Only downside for me was the breakfast. Wasn't that much of a big deal but there wasn't a lot I was able to eat. Had been enticed to purchase it by the pictures around the hotel but unfortunately in the morning there was no hash browns or fried eggs which I could have eaten. Also no gluten free options in the bread. Only a small thing as I am used to finding it difficult.

Staff were very friendly. Rooms were comfortable and cosy. Location was good for 3 arena.

Old used tissues under beds and chairs, along with purple feathers under chairs from either a hen party or concert goer. Parking is beside the hotel but was impossible to find for someone who doesn't know the area or one was streets. The eircode for the gates would have made life so much easier.

Breakfast and dinner were lovely. Staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly.

We had a room facing the street and it was a bit loud due to the traffic. But other than that, everything was perfect.

The location was perfect, just 15 min walking distance from the centre of Dublin. The hotel had nice offers, and we enjoyed the 3-course dinner at the Grain & Grill restaurant. The service was also very nice. All members of staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bed was fantastic and very comfortable.

Walls seem very thin? Could hear conversations very clearly And people outside our room. One couple decided to have a full blown argument for 30 minutes. I felt part of the dispute!

    Clean and spacious rooms.
