Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOne night was very chaotic at the dinner buffet...it was just very crowded in the hotel.
The staff was wonderful. The meal buffets had wonderful choices and was delicious. Having free snacks in the afternoon was great. The free drinks were really terrific too.

IrelandEnglish is not freely spoken by the staff. The printed instructions, given to us upon arrival, were only in Hebrew. The staff in the restaurant came across a bit harsh. The dinner opening hours were 17:00-20:30 so we assumed that the last entry is until 20:30, which obviously was not the case. We were told we had five minutes to finish. They allowed us to take our desserts in the room, which was nice. Although there was a kettle in the room, there were no tea cups or tea bags. However, the bar was opened most of the time so we could enjoy hot and cold drinks for free. Overall these were very small inconveniences and our stay was super.
It is a very nice hotel. There are loads of parking spaces just in front of the hotel, which made our arrival smooth. We were greeted by the friendliest and kindest reception staff we have ever met - Elina and Yuri, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were given a large room with a nice view to the pool and to the mountains. They also arranged a packed breakfast for us, as we were heading off to Petra early the next morning. The food in the restaurant is tasty and there is a great variety.

IsraelThe bathroom was missing shampoo and conditioner, it only had a regular liquid body soap. The view outside wasn’t very good, but we didn’t mind it too much.
The room was neat and nice and the bed was very comfortable. The food was well diverse, of course some were good and some less.

IsraelThe stuff in dinning room was awful, terrible ! The omelett cooker gave first to persons how spoke his language (and it is not Hebrew speakers) and ignored all who stood in line. A part of stuff didn't speak Hebrew or English good enouth to understand what "coffein free" means. When cooking oil ended, the cooker took a dirty oily rag to oil the plate, everything got burned- it was just digusting. The baby pool was very dirty. One of sofa bads was bended. High and wide gap between room and balcony- not safe for children and seniors.
Dinner was very good, tasty and varied. Clean room. Location is close to central bus station and 15 min walking to beatch

IndiaI liked everything about this hotel except noise. There were many teenager football players were staying during that time and they created lot of noise all the night and it was really disturbing. I reported this to hotel representative , hope they will definitely put some guidelines to them to avoid this problem in future.
I really liked the size of the room which I get, thanks to the reception person , he upgraded my room for the same price after my request for good balcony view and ofcourse room were very clean and a good view from balcony. Breakfast and Dinner were good. Also got the complimentary drink. I booked with 2 meals and will recommend others to book with 2 meals because eating outside cost more and you will not get such varieties.
