IsraelThere were no hangers in the bathroom and no hanger/dryer for the towels, which is very uncomfortable if you use pool or gym. Also, the pool is very small, as if for kids. So, everything you see about the pool on the photos is less real… and finally, the price. Although the hotel is really nice and anybody would like to spend at least one night there, the price is just too much if you’re not rich.

UkraineHotel staff is overall nice, but not trained enough. Property page on booking and in official Fatal site mentions there's a sauna available in the hotel, no one in the staff knew that and told us there isn't one, until we checked by ourselves. Basic thing to know about the hotel is what are the available facilities. There were some prices discrepancies as well where the hotel staff tried to charge us extra for VAT even though it was prepaid and we have the invoice for it, also tried to charge more for dinner, even though they offered it in another price thorough their whatsapp promotions. Hotel pool was really nice with good view but overcrowded and small.
Amazing new hotel with views of the Bahai gardens. Room was exceptional, spacious, with coffee amenities and complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. The hotel is nicely designed and offers snacks throughout the day for the guests. Dinner and breakfast serving were exceptional, huge variety of food, very tasty.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. And the spa was simply amazing . Liz is highly recommended)) The hotel's location is also fantastic, situated in a peaceful and picturesque area (Bahá'í Gardens) surrounded by nature and fresh air. And the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of meeting Yoni, the manager. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Spa Boranica to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and top-notch amenities make this hotel a true gem that I cannot wait to visit again.
