The hotel's internal common parts are somewhat dated and have a very 1970s feel, especially the enormous and characterless dining rooms which feel more like a kibbutz hotel than a five star hotel. However, the plus points of the hotel outweigh this downside.

Very well located hotel. Excellent pool and sunbathing area. Rooms clean and well equipped. Price reasonable compared to some of the other sea front hotels.

The decor is dated. The balcony feels unsafe. Our bill was incorrect charging us extra for room service. There was an incident in the pool which closed it and the staff were quite rude about it not answering questions. There was a lot of very noisy building work which spoilt our time by the pool.

The location is perfect. The pool area is lovely. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The fridge in one room didn't work.

We traveled as a family of 3 and booked 2 rooms next to each other. The hotel upgraded our rooms. We got two rooms on the 16th. floor, both with sea views. There was a door between the rooms that could be opened, so ideal for a family. All the staff were very friendly and I can only give this hotel my best recommendation.

Long waits at reception desk. Incompetence of so many reception desk employees. Even simple issues needed a visit to the manager. So so much time WASTED! We are on vacation with no time to WASTE.

The broken concrete and dirty surround area. They need more garbage cans!

The hotel was fine,air conditioning worked good,room service made room very clean. And the concierge Shahar was excellent! Outside grounds of the hotel were dirty and unkempt which was not expected of a well rated hotel

We had a delightful stay in the Dan Panorama. Excellent location on the sea front and just a short walk to the beaches and markets. The pool is delightful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A small issue that we had was perfectly taken care of by guest services - thank you Michal and Nili for dealing with that so effectively. We highly recommend this hotel and very much look forwards to another visit.

Check in on Friday was very delayed and stressful. We also tried to make reservations for Friday night diner early in the week and they did not keep the reservation so it was a challenge getting the reservation. In the end it was successful

As is everything in Israel these days the prices were high for both the accommodation and food and drink. Not the hotel’s fault I suppose. Also it’s five years since our last visit and the hotel doesn’t seem to have had any remodeling.
