Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelWe wouldn’t recommend using the local grocery store, some products don’t seem to be stored properly there.
Nice location, great swimming pool, cozy bakery, the outdoor space is very green and neatly arranged, the staff is very helpful. We were traveling with a baby and the crib that we asked for was already in the room when we arrived at no additional cost.

IsraelThe AC unit was a bit noisy at night as the area is dead 🤫 quiet.
The location was perfect for us. The Girls at the reception were super friendly. The room was located at the ground level. was super comfortable and also accessible for wheelchairs as well as the shower that is accessible and has two shower heads. Very relaxing. Bed super comfortable. Kitchenet has a fridge, microwave, kettle, 2 Tv sets, and 3 sofa beds. Our car was parked in front of the room Breakfast was excellent. My wife was impressed with the olive and grains bread that was so delicious to her taste. Due to the pressed time table in our trip and some delays ,we missed swimming in the pool.

IsraelCheck in at 15.00, which is quite late, and check out is at 10.00, which is really early! If you check people in at 15.00, - at least let them stay longer in the morning.
The territory is totally green! The pool is big and clean, with nice view. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are really cozy.

Italynothing I didn't like. it is not a 5stars luxury hotel, but Degania Bet offers an interesting experience at a very affordable price
Degania Bet (and its bordering twin Alef) is a fascinating place because of its location at the exit of Jordan river from Sea of Galilee, and for its history. At the arrival we got a friendly welcome (sorry I don't remember the name of the person at the lobby, she was really super-nice): very very comforting given we drove all day long, it was dark and it was raining like hell. Room we got was nice. comfortable and adequately equipped. very quiet so slept very well. interesting (as a tourist, at least) the breakfast served at the communal canteen. great value for money, recommended! if you going to have dinner, you may want to try the1910 restaurant at nearby Degania Alef (10 minutes walk). as an Italian I carefully steer away from italian restaurants outside italy. 1910 instead mixes italian dishes with israeli flavors, and the result is a savory kitchen. service also is super. double thumbs up

IsraelThe beds tend to get separated all the time. There was no glass to put the teeth brushes in. There was just one a/c remote for two rooms. Most important - the door to the balcony opens easily after two pulls (when locked)! Scary; Slept with my wallet inside the pillow case.
The staff was helpful. The general area of the rooms is green and nice. The location is very close to the Kineret and Tzemah' shopping center. The room was spacy enough and clean. The breakfast was good enough (more than what I expected). We got free tickets to another kibutz's hot water swimming pool.

United KingdomI was expecting a kitchenette. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave. But not a single plate, or knife or fork. I really expected a little more. Even a couple of bowls for cereal and a few plates for a sandwich would have been a start!
Great location. Comfortable room, with aircon and big tv.
