Hello We Were a family Of 10 pax with 2 kids(age 2). Stayed here for almost 4 days (booked for only 2 days and then extended) We got 1 room on Ground Floor & 2 *2bhk Apartment On 1 st floor Let me tell you its too spacious, too clean , at good location as well. The host Ms. Hazira is also very nice , cooperative. We really liked the stay thats why we kept on extending it. My family was not ready to check out from there only😂. It was completely family like feeling They have a big kitchen with all appliances like Induction, Fridge, utensils, iron, even tea powder + sugar as well.

A night guard would have been better as the hired scooters were parked.

Well maintained kitchen is there with refigerator and purified water. There is space for drying your washed clothes.

Miscommunication with the tuktuk company which meant they rang me from 7am, then 7.30, 8, then 8.30 they arrived for me 30 mins early formy 9am pickup and then charged me extra money for this. Please make sure in future the communication is better. The many phonecalls were incredibly irritating and made me anxious. Just book a tutktuk for the customer in future.

Reception was welcoming and helpful, room was really big with fridge and cooking facilities, and a big bed. Staff were very sweet.

I had booked 2BHK family room and it was unexpectedly big with big living room and bedrooms. Property itself is at peaceful location. And also has all basic utilities needed for cooking; right from induction/ hot plate, utensils, fridge, water purifier, towels etc.. Washing machine was a only miss.

I stayed for two days with my wife and two 2 year old kids.......the apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms, kitchen and drawing room. Just takes a 5-8 minute drive to reach Colva beach.....had wonderful experience.

The property is located in a peaceful location 6 minutes drive from Colva beach. The rooms are super clean .If you are looking for a clean , beautiful place for solo or Family than this is the perfect place. Maya the caretaker greeted us with a warm welcome and made the best tea ever for us . The place has a kitchen with induction and an electric kettle with plates and utensils for us to use. It is air-conditioned and has all that a perfect room needs.

This place is a wonderful place to stay roughly 2 km from Colva beach i walked to Colva most days a bus does run the route but not too often, some people hire bikes which makes it even more appealing! The rooms are very clean come with en-suite and t.v and A/C. a common kitchen is in place and is very clean although the chopping board was really grotty! REPLACE IT PLEASE! You have an in house maid her name is MAYA please be nice to her as nothing is too much trouble so a big well done to her the bonus with Maya is she speaks very good English which is nice she was very very helpful and i felt compellled to giver a few Rupees tip i think she she deserved it! Would i stay here again? YES i would it is actually well located if you wish to have a quiet stay, if this was my place i would have a table and chairs outside. WONDERFUL PLACE!

Probably, the house could have been kept clean.

This property is quite good for family stay, it has all the basic needs for a short stay. The care taker has been quite courteous and was available when on demand. It is away from the buzzy noisy Goa, the only point one has to keep in mind is that there has to be a vehicle at disposal as there is not much public transport available.
