Staff are absolutely amazing. Ajeet is a super star host and goes beyond the extra mile to help with everything. Chill out is the best hotel I have stayed at ! It is my second home in Jaipur. I feel safe and really looked after here. Kitchen has a great menu in season for breakfast lunch supper. The rooms and bathroom are really clean. Location is very central and close to all sight seeing, restauarants and shops.

Chose the room with balcony but it wasnt worth it, not a actuall balcony to enjoy but since there is the rooftop i guess its fine.

What I didn't like was the situation with the restaurant. There is no menu to know what to order and no prices. You can ask for everything, but I don't think that's the idea. The kitchen staff also speak virtually no English. What I found absolutely unfavorable was the dinner situation. The restaurant is open from 5:30pm and the food is laid out like a small buffet. However, on two days the food wasn't ready before 8pm and we had to wait so long. In my opinion it is just a matter of communication but there was no information.

The location is good - quiet and you can be in the center in about 10 minutes by tuktuk. The room was great - clean, comfortable bed, very soft and nice smelling bedding, the water in the shower was always warm. The terrace is very nice and invites you to linger. Breakfast is good, tasty and enough.

We loved the property staff extremely helpful and friendly. Ajeet is also such a wonderful and down to earth person he really makes your stay special and unique. There are different activities to participate in like morning yoga. The place has a wonderful terrace and atmosphere. Food is delicious and rooms are very clean/comfy :) 10/10 would recommend!

Our shower was inconsistent. One night we had great pressure and hot water but the next few days we only got a dribble of cold water. Breakfast is included but it’s not very clear to guests what’s included. Dinner is also possible but for both breakfast and dinner sometimes they only have a limited menu with no warning, which was confusing. The staff writes down everything you order next to your room number, however upon check out you still have to recite everything that you ordered. We paid close to the prices stated on the menu but we found it odd that it wasn’t exact. Transparency helps tremendously during restaurant transactions as tourists are routinely overcharged, so perhaps this can be improved.

Comfortable and clean room. WiFi works well and there is drinking water available. Rooftop has a nice view. International card payment is possible.

A no-frills, very relaxed accommodation. You pay for what you get, obviously not high end but a very relaxed, chill spot. The rooftop was a very relaxed spot to work, read, chat or just spend your afternoons/evening. Dinner not included but provided for 300rp. Manager/owner was friendly and very relaxed, lovely to see him around and hanging out with guests. Easy to get a tuktuk uber at 4AM, also those on main road if needed. Easy walk to City Palace, 20min

This is hands down one of the best hostels we’ve ever stayed at. The rooftop is absolutely magic; amazing vibes brought about by the stunning views, super-relaxed atmosphere and staff that really do embody their “chillout” ethos. The staff manager in particular is a gem of a person: so kind and giving - he sorted us out with a 2 day proposed itinerary, morning yoga, and arranging train tickets for us despite the website showing them sold out. Stay here and you won’t regret it. Hot water as well!!

The room does not have AC heating so it was cold but the mngr offered a sml portable heater which helped a bit.

I had a great stay at Chillout. The room size was good, rooftop restaurant was great & friendly & helpful staff. They even offer a morning yoga class! Would stay there again.
