India14 Reviews“Really great stay”Breakfast was disappointing. I have stayed here numerous times and always loved the breakfast here. This time the continental selection / American breakfast section was average. Indian selection was good. The overall breakfast spread selection was reduced 50% when compared to last time.

The ground floor/ reception area was very spacious, the interiors were beautiful. The wall decorations and other pieces of art were admirable. The open house club offer from the hotel is appreciated and welcomed by the guests. The peace in the hotel was very much liked.

Service is amazing. Please ask for Mr. Rosch Sharma - outstanding team manager. Everyone is amazingly trained there. Just outstanding!

The Gardenia is the epitome of comfortable luxury in the heart of Bangalore .. the location is perfect . I love the setting .. traditional elegance mingled with perfect hospitality and amazing service!

Breakfast and cocktail lounge were awesome. The spread was superb and the staff a delight to interact with; very accommodating to all our requests.

Friendly. Clean. Good breakfast. However we were charged 60000 rupees And our final bill was 44132 rupees !!!! We were told by authorizing 60000 it does not mean it will be taken.However it was and after numerous telephone calls to shradha we have still not received a response or the money. Shradha promised to call us back each time but has not to date.

The rooms are fantastic. Very spacious, luxurious with a lot of extra's. Like a bathrobe, an ordering iPad, etc. Loved the soft floor and the bed. The view from the top floor over an awaking Bengaluru was a sight I will remember. The staff was very friendly, especially if you stay a bit longer, they begin to recognize your face and like to chat with you.
