Sagar guest house is an incredible guest house Right in the fort, which makes you feel like a king and queen, even more so when you stay in room 10. The staff quickly become like family members, so friendly and helpful are they. The room is magnificent and very comfortable. Shower in the budget room could be improved a little, because the pressure is too low.

Very friendly staff, good location and price is more than reasonable. You receive more than you pay for in our opinion. Besides that, the breakfast on the rooftop was tasty. Would definitely recommend the place!

Paresh and his staff couldn't do enough for us. Made us feel like family - we were even invited to a family wedding which was an amazing experience. Organised a camel trek with a night sleeping under the stars, which was fabulous. Food was great too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone

It is a very good hotel. The staff is also very good. The best thing about this hotel is that this hotel is inside the fort and from here you can reach any place in the port nearby. The room of the hotel is also good. The best thing is its terrace from where a very good view of the city is also seen.

A great place to stay right in the incredible fort of Jaisalmer. Nice rooms, amazing views from the rooftop, super fast wifi and a perfect location very close to restaurants and everything to see inside the fort.

There was an issue with hot water.

I liked how the place was clean and comfortable. Staff was always very nice. The accomodation was inside the fort which made it easy to see everything. Overall it was such a wonderful stay.

It's located inside the living fort of Jaisalmer. Ideal location, great service, very clean. It's everything you need in an accommodation. I took the superior room so that I would get a view outside the fort. It was well worth it! The pictures of the room online are accurate. What really makes this place special is the people. Everyone who works there is so kind and authentic. They go out if their way to make sure you have the best experience in Jaisalmer.

The people running the place are extremely hospitable. They offer you everything and more, always very attentive to any need you have. The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The views from the roof are extraordinary also. I was very happy with my choice and I will come back if I have the chance.

I really can’t believe how adorable this hotel is. Aside from being in a fort above the city, My room had a crescent shaped window for sitting and watching the city wake up below. The beds and pillows are great quality and the bedsheets…. I haven’t felt this level of comfort since I left home 17 months ago. Great spacious rooms with lots of light and color. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. You’re missing out if you book anywhere else (and I know because so many innkeepers insisted on showing me their rooms)

Nothing at all, everything was perfect. The rooms, the food, the location, the staff - it was better than we could've hoped for.

We already miss Prem's homemade fresh amazing dinners, Paresh's 'feel like you are part of our family' hospitality and conversations with the always happy and open Hinndu and honest Baboo. They place felt like home, this was the best stay out of all the places we've stayed so far in India. The view, the terrace and it's view, the people that work there it was like we were in a fairy tale(like Agrabah for the Disney fans) and would recommend it to anyone who would want to visit India to visit Jasailmer and this home stay <3 Hopefully we'll be back some day! (also, if you're looking for a quiet escape from the ever so busy India: they can arrange the moest lovely unique safari adventure in the open desert!)

Location is amazing - right inside of the fort. The lads that worked there went above and beyond with whatever I asked - for example dropping me to the train station on the back of their motorbike at 10:45pm so I didn't have to pay for a tuktuk The food was some of the best ive had in india - hats off to the chef Chilled out vibe with nice roof top Good wifi & aircon room They let me have a room to keep my stuff in and use the next day to have a shower etc when I came back from a 3 day desert safari

Very friendly and accommodating staff and owners. Kamal is a good organizer. Helpful, with a great sense of humor. Pick-up from the train station and drop-off included in the price of accommodation. Good contact via whatsapp. Great location within the fort - it's atmospheric, a few steps to the museum, viewpoints. Around charming narrow streets and nooks and crannies.

Food at the restaurant is a little pricey compared to other places we have stayed in Rajasthan but maybe that's just a premium you pay for being in the fort as many places in Jaisalmer seemed expensive.

Great location and lovely room and building for a great price. Can't imagine a better value stay in Jaisalmer. The non-touristic desert safari that we organised through them was exactly what we were after and sounds like a lot of other places are not offering an experience like the one they offered. They were very accommodating with letting us check in early and use the room up until we left for our safari. Food at the restaurant on the roof is very nice with a nice view.
