Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it use to remain hot after bath. The Wi-fi never actually worked properly. When asked for plates , the hotel provided paper plates. Not expected out of a business hotel.
The room size was really good and the bed was very comfortable. The TV has the social applications like youtube and all. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Good location. Easy access to near by market.

Only one thing I didn't like is the entrance. I had always problem to get down from cab entering vto hotel. It is not visible from the road side. Of course bin night time people will get confused,

Overall pleasant stay, only issue was wifi, which was completely unavailable for 2 days. And when it was available, it was disconnecting a lot, there were frequent interruptions.

I booked one day rs 3500 for 2 person. Iam staying this hotel but 3 hr i late to check out. this hotel team charged a fee,(late fee)that is 2000rs I am not satisfied this type of behavior not satisfied for that hotel team depart

Suggestion: The lounge bar (which is currently not used) could be used as a cafe/meeting place, though the WiFi in the public areas would need to be boosted.
This is a good mid-market hotel which caters for the mid-market traveller. It is well suited for business travel, being situated in the heart of Electronic City, Bengaluru. For the leisure travellers it offers comfortable accommodation and a good standard of facilities and has good links to the rest of the city. Uber drivers are abundant in this area. Food: the hotel offers a couple of dining options: breakfast buffet, restaurant dining and a roof terrace with an urban music theme. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. .. they are helpful, polite, accommodating and resourceful - a real credit to the hotel

Cleanliness and AC
Staff was very hospitable and the facilities were decent too. AC was a big disappointment but rest was fine. Baibhov at the reception was extremely friendly and patient with us.

The property is near to my office. And its very neat and clean stay I got compared to my other stays. The Reception guy named Vaibhab is so pleasing manner and helping us on explaining each things. I will take this tike to appreciate this guy and his manners.

Not 5 star as advertised, 3.5 at best. Breakfast was quite average. Room not carpeted. Rain shower didn't work. No place to park car on premises. Overall value for money passable at best.

I stayed at the hotel after a surgery and from the moment I arrived at the hotel I was treated wonderfully. The staff were professional, friendly and always smiling. Everybody from the reception to the rooms were super friendly, professional and soft spoken. Nobody lingered around for tips also. The Duty Manager Santhosh was very helpful. He personally made sure that my stay was comfortable. I appreciate his polite and helpful demeanour. Rooms are well laid out, comfortable, cozy room. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, kettle and some good coffee and tea bags. They provided drinking water in glass bottles too, which we liked.
