Spotlessly clean , well equipped apartment with everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay . The hot tub was fantastic , it made the stay , it could t ha e been easier to use and to sit in it looking out at the fjord was perfect bliss.

A very comfortable studio apartment for a couple. All the kitchen facilities we needed (stovetop, microwave, fridge, kettle). Nice little patio (which was still snow covered). Comfy beds, good size bathroom, lots of cupboard storage. Friendly staff, easy to collect the keys from reception and drop off in a box in the morning.

Not necessarily that I did not like it, but it is a tourist resort, so it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

The place was very modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub. The view from the window was amazing, looking at the bay. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The place was a very pleasant surprise.

The studio had a very nice view, everything was very clean and organized, there were tons of cupboards and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy and overall, this was a very convenient place. Although the studios are a bit further out and not at the very center of town down, they are very close to a large supermarket, which made it easy to get our supplies. They were also very close to the main roads that were leading outside of Akureyri. We received clear instructions about the keys and accessing the place.

Service was excellent - I had two questions as it was hard to find the extra pillows and things for our son who had a pull out of the wall bed and the jacuzzi was not full - would be better if there was a sign saying you must fill it - but so pleased you DO fill it for cleanliness reasons.

Like many places is Iceland the lack of window screens means you may have a few flies. A swatter in the apt would be a good addition.

Very clean. Plenty of room for two people. Adequate kitchen equipment for serving or making simple meals. Beautiful view of Fjord and hillside from patio. Parking right at apt entrance.

The kitchen equipment was very poor and we had to ask the reception for a pot to cook some noodles - the one we got was not propperly cleaned. Overall the price value relationship was too high compared to other apartments we stayed

We had apartment 22 for 2 nights and unfortunately noisy neighbours on our second night spoiled our stay - up at 5.45 am banging around until 8 am when they finally thankfully left

There were 2 single beds united in one, but no real bonding, so my husband woke up at night almost falling off from in between them.

Balcony view of the lake was beautiful. I wish i stayed more. The kitchen was extremely well equipped.

It was a super nice stay. The location is in a nice and safe neighborhood. It has a patio was overlooking the bay. We could see the water in one corner. We had a private hot tub. Each time if a guest wants to use it, s/he can just push a button to fill the tub with hot water (should be geothermal water) and it will be kept at 39 degree. Before we leave, we are required to push a button to let it drain. That is very luxurious. The apartment is super clean and spacious. Even though we did not use it, the place has free laundry. That is very convenient. Plus, it has a pull down full bed, though we did not use it.

The property is great. It's not "downtown," but a a very short drive (5 minutes) and a doable walk. Other than that, not much else to say that we didn't like.

This is a very nice and well-appointed apartment-style accommodation. Nice view from the deck of the river and woods. Hot tub bonus (though we didn't use it), and small kitchen. Very friendly and helpful front desk, and free laundry!
