Some drinking water and tea bags would have been nice. The bedside tables were a little uncomfortable to use since they're behind the bed. Some noise can be heard throughout the night but it's nothing that would keep most people up.

The room was cozy and we had all the facilities we needed. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is in a central location. Nice to have a warm shower to return to after a long day out.

It lacks a space a little, but nothing too difficult. The bathroom has a sliding glass door that doesn't close completely, so for some people, this could be an awkward situation

It's a noisy street with kids and adults active well into the night, yet there was a single door with a single glazed side window letting noise and light into the room until the neighbors finally went to bed. Then whooshing and humming noises from the building took over through the night. The bed bottom sheet was too small to tuck under the mattress, and no mattress pad. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. We ran out of hot water after five minutes in the shower... and there was no mirror at the sink. Not even water in the frig.

the first night the room was very damp and humid, to the point of the bed feeling wet. However we then noticed there was a dehumidifier in the room, so they are prepared for that! Make sure to have it on when staying here for max comfort

there was no airflow in the room and it was very humid. The shower needs to be improved, there was little water pressure and half the shower heads did not work.

Only one chair to sit on. Breakfast was acceptable but over 200 meters away and had to sit outside. We were lucky we had no rain. Clearer instructions to help find house would have been helpful. (Access best from car park on right side of castle) Having stayed in a converted monastery before, this did not meet my expectations.

Location was great but difficult to find initially. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee facilities and toiletries provided were good quality and sufficient quantity. Wine glasses and bottle opener was a bonus.

I liked so much the location, it was perfect! The room was very cosy and had all the necessary things for a perfect holiday. I liked very much that you could enter the room directly from one of the charming streets of the Old Bari, which are like a delightful labyrinth. I don't know why other people complained about the room temperature or that they didn't have enough warm water.... The bathroom has a boiler that you must turn on, like the room has air conditioning that you also have to turn on. ... :) there is also a hair dryer, espresso machine, soap, shampoo, shower gel....... I can't wait to return!!!

There's black mold in the apartment and we had to keep the window open all night, but it's so close to ground level that we felt anybody could look in. A curtain would've been nice. The AC wasn't an option because when you turn it on, it blows a horrible smell into the room, probably because it has mold in it too.

The bed was not bad. No air in the room

If you dont have good service and the way this b&b operate is horrible. We spent most of the time on the mobile contacted the person responsible. She never answers the tel. Only chatting on whatsap. We ended up our stay in the hotel chatting for many things. 1. The aircondition was not working. The lady tried to explain on whatsap. Still couldn't work so we thought we are losing a lot of time so we stayed without the air conditioning. 2. Only one towel per person for the whole stay. Than we were told that we have to ask for another towel on WhatsApp. Was too late and there was nobody to provide us with a towel on the second day. 3.first day tv did not work. On our return in the evening we couldn't watch the TV. 4. INTERNET was hopeless in our Room . We were in room 4. 5. We couldn't hang our shirts and jackets etc as the rail in the wardrobe was about 10 feet high, so we left all clothson the same bed we were sleeping. 6. The door lock in room 4 sometimes doesn't open. But that was not a big problem. 7. On arrival there was a tel. No by the door. We tried to call with no answer. If it wasn't for a lady who happened to leave the premises who helped us what to do we would have had no option but to go to another hotel and claim our for the money. Fortunately she helped us out and contacted the person in charge on WhatsApp. To cut a long story short never in my life had such a bad experience. Most of our time spent on whatsapp instead of going out to enjoy the holiday. B&B not to be recommended.

Great location! 😀 You can feel the old town of Bari breathing! Close to everything, 2 minutes to the sea, 2 minutes to San Nicola, 4 minutes to Piazza Mercantile where the nightlife happens, you can eat something delicious and drink a cheap drink 😉 Train station max. 15 minutes, great location. Very atmospheric apartment 😉 A big plus for turning on the heating before our arrival so that it was already heated (February stay) It wasn't necessary because the weather was great, 16 degrees, but it's nice that the owner thought of it 😉 Towels, basic cosmetics, air conditioning/heating, everything was there and it worked great. The only minus is the lack of plates, glasses and a corkscrew 🤔 but I think the owner will understand that it is necessary in the apartment, especially in such a place 😉 Thank you very much and we will definitely come back!
