it was extremely noisy early in the morning (deliveries from boats) from 5.30am for hours, so we were woken each morning.

the location was very good, very central to everything.

Canal location has a great vibe, but be ready that it is also noisy (motorboats, early morning thrash and delivery boats etc), light sleepers need earplugs. Apartment is for 6 persons but some amenities are very limited (no of wine glasses, coffee caps tec)

Due to its location it can get noisy late at night and early in the morning a when the water boats pass up and down and with the day to day bus slow of life such as fox deliveries via the canal which can also be noisy.

The central location really made this a great stay for us as did the view over the canals. seeing the gondolas passing is a lovely experience and even hearing the music being played on them. the apartment is decorated so beautifully that there are reminders of and respect paid to the age of the building. The staff were so helpful in every way.

The AdChic Loft will forever remain the singularly most magical and memorable hotel lodging I have ever spent time in...it was a true Venetian palace suited for royalty...so immaculately kept and tastefully decorated...a truly perfect blend of opulence and charm....accommodations of such exceptionally high caliber..., exceeded ONLY by the superb attention and care afforded to my family and me by the AdLofts staff, especially Kamal (perhaps the finest host I have ever encountered)...

it was missing tea towels, but was quickly rectified. it would be nice if it was equipped with a dishwasher especially when you are traveling with a large family. could have stocked the apartment with coffee.

My partner is a decorator and was on about the walls that were not painted well, with a bit of water leak signs in the bedroom. The bed frame was wabbly and not sturdy enough.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with views onto one of the canals , our bedroom and lounge had small Juliet balconies and was such a treat to look out and see the gondolas going by each day. Close to all main attractions. The staff were helpful, great communication and coffee shop literally 20 meters from the front door. Would definitely book AD lofts again if in Venice !

Two flights of stairs! The shower was a bit confined and the shower jets were not very forceful!

The apartment was amazing - huge - with balconies overlooking a canal filled with gondolas. It was in an old building with very ornate high ceilings and quirky decorations. Loved the fact that the hob, sink and plates/glasses etc were 'hidden' in large old wooden cupboards! It was associated with the Ad Place Hotel - where we picked up the key - and the manager there was very helpful in finding a Covid test centre for us. Once we found our way the apartment was within a short walk of the Theatre, St Mark's square and the Rialto.

We (2adults, 2 children 12&9) had a wonderful stay at the appartment with two bedrooms and the balcony. The typical narrow balconies face the canal with its gondolas, watertaxis and bridges. It felt very much like being a part of Venice. Having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning watching buzzing Venice on the canal or enjoying a drink and listening to the charming musicians on one of the gondolas at sun set. The appartment is very well kept and offers lots of space to take some time to relax in its artsy atmosphere. Or again sit on the balcony to read a book. It was nice to prepare our own breakfast in the morning or panini, salad and a cheese platter during the day. All of the basic necessary equipment can be found in the kitchen area. Including pots, a bialetti (or capsula espresso machine WITH capsules) a variety of teas and a large fridge and freezer for your delicacies. It is situated very central no more than 5 minutes to the probably closest vaporetto stops of Giglio and Rialto. Nice restaurants and bars are just around the corner. We also appreciated the very friendly and attentive staff at the reception. Thank you so much! We feel very thankful to have been able to enjoy our stay at AD Lofts.

I looooved the apartment. Very spacious, very clean, has everything you need. Also… the view on the balcony is really nice. It is really close to the main attractions, also has nice restaurants and shops nearby. The guy at the reception was very nice and hepful. Thank you again. Totally recommend this apartment.
