Beautifully restored farmhouse with lovely rooms. The plants on the grounds are definitely a highlight and the pool invites you to relax on warm days! The staff round off the stay and shine with their attentiveness. 10/10

It might be because it's not high season yet but a bit more maintenance of the pool would be ideal.

The facility is beautiful, the rooms are in great conditions and the surroundings are a lovely landscape. The staff was super kind.

Everything was perfect!

Fantastic, historic agriturismo in a peaceful and beautiful setting in the Sicilian countryside. Our room was extremely charming and comfortable. The modern bathroom was exceptional with a huge walk-in shower. During our stay we enjoyed the most delicious traditional Sicilian food prepared by the talented chef. The staff were most accommodating. A special thank you to Andrea for his hospitality and kindness. We long to return to this amazing place!

Beautiful setting and a great reprieve from a mostly urban vacation. Room was big, bed comfy, great hot water in a big shower. Staff were approachable and available. At our initiation, two lovely brothers gave us a tour of the agricultural side of things. That one part of our stay changed it from what felt like a higher end stay in the country to an actual working property that had history.

Fantastic location amongst rolling hills of agricultural land - perfect for visiting Argigento if you are looking for something different, a couple days next to the pool. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Dinners and breakfasts were to amazing with good service.

Position of air conditioning in our room - but still not sth that would destroy the overall experience.

Agriturismo is in the middle of nowhere - perfect for a romantic getaway or if you just want to get away from everyday rush. Time stops here.

Beautiful location, well worth the interesting drive! Stunning views from our room. Food was excellent, traditional Sicilian and Italian. Wines were very good. Lovely clean pool. Our room was newly refurbished to a high standard with a large shower.

Rooms are plainly decorated, with not much character. The balcony looked over a rather messy backyard. The meal served was not bad, but we would have liked a more traditional meal using local products.

Set amidst peaceful countryside. Nice old stone building, recently renovated rooms, clean and modern bathrooms. Good breakfast. Welcoming hosts. The wine served at the restaurant was very good. There is a nice pool and a garden with some impressive succulents and cacti.

It ia not connected to the property but be aware of the roads to them. Do not dispare if it looks that you are going nowhere but on some agricultural roads. It is ok. The roads are really bad but in the end it is well worthed.

It was a nice surprize, a silent and out of the city location. A little bit more sound profing will work. we regret we only stay for one night and we arrived to late to use the swimming pool to chill out. The menu they have for dinner is excellent.

Beautiful and recently renovated accommodation. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, also to our dog that was traveling with us. Beautiful pool, good food, restaurants within about a 20 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here when visiting the Agrigento area, for a relaxing stay away from the crowds.

Very trivial points: (a) there was no waste-paper basket in the room; this was easily remedied (b) hot water in the bathroom sometimes took its time to make its way into the shower.

Staff: The staff at Baglio Lauria, really sets the place apart. From the moment of arrival to that of departure, the staff were extremely courteous, polite, responsive and efficient. The front office staff (Andrea, Ilario) were always ready to help out in anything, at any time. Other members of staff (Liliana, Laura) were also extremely polite, very efficient and generous with their time. The staff made this stay a pleasure. Breakfast: this is the baseline continental breakfast buffet. It consisted of bread, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fruit juices, several jams, honey. croissants etc. Many of the items (eg jams) were made in-house and this was an added bonus. Rooms: spacious enough for two or three persons. The block I am writing about had just been refurbished and was very clean and well-equipped. There was no shortage of electrical outlets, some of which also had a built-in USB charging port (which was very welcome). Bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day by the patient cleaning staff; towels etc. were replaced promptly. A plumbing issue in the bathroom was also fixed promptly by the maintenance staff. Temperature in the rooms was comfortable, even though this was August. Air-conditioning is available and controlled centrally from the reception area. Outdoor facilities: paved patio, part of it shaded by a trellis with vines, making it very pleasant. An outdoor swimming pool is available for use. Its water is filtered and cleaned continuously by an underwater robot. Surroundings: The agriturismo is in the Sicilian countryside, far from any urban areas or busy roads. The nearest town is Campobello di Licata, about 9km away. Very peaceful and typical scenery (vineyards, olive groves etc.). Other urban areas (Canicatti', Naro, Castrofilippo) are at most a 20-30 minute drive away.
