The bed was a bit hard for my back and the water in the shower didn't completely flush so it was a bit wet. But otherwise everything was perfect. 👌

There's a playground where kids were enjoying very much and they were crazy about farm animals (pony, donkey, chickens, turtles, pigs, goats 😊). The staff were extra nice and helpful, we enjoyed great food and amazing coffee. Thank you for everything!

We had to wait for the keys over 30 minutes, as unfortunately nobody was around. We communicated our arrival time in time, still a long wait. A bit upsetting after a long drive.

Good location (however on the end of a rough road). The apartment was OK. The swimming pool was superb. We made road trips to Pisa and to Firenze (Florence), motorways were in good distance.

Beautiful rustic farmhouse, a true taste of Tuscany. Angela and her staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner here both evenings and the food was delicious and fantastic value for money.

The stairs to our room was not child / toddler friendly. Parents need to always accompany the children even the 6 year old. That is how we felt. The stairs should be renewed and strengthened, ideally.

Avoid if you enjoy tranquility. There was a private party in the property's garden next to our room, complete with ear-wrenching karaoke-style singing, until about midnight. According to the owner it is perfectly normal and this is not a place to come for calmness (sic). There was noise in the building (very poor sound isolation) until around 3 AM. We paid around 140 EUR for a terrible experience (+40 EUR for pasta & salad dinner). Wifi constantly dropping (too poor connection), aircon not fully functional either.

The pool was nice on a hot day, before hell broke loose.

It was such a dump, we didn’t stay the second night. Though we were obliged to pay for the second night. The pictures do not represent the truth. It’s like a junkyard, and the steps to the rooms are dangerous. They charge 20 euros per person as a “towel fee.” So the room is effectively one-third more expensive than advertised. Plus, we called ahead to say we’d be late. Our plane was late. They didn’t leave a key for us or answer the phone. With the help of other guests, we found a key to a room and stayed there. Then they told us that we were “badly behaved.” They are rude, unprofessional and the place dirty and is not safe for children. You should take it off your site. It is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Didn’t have the breakfast. They wanted 15 Euros apiece for it. We had beautiful cappuccinos in town for 3 Euros.

Perfect place for a family with children in quite place of Tuscany. Very friendly and nice staff and great wine, which maked the stay comfortable. The accomodation included a rich breakfast, with excellent local pastries (they also offered dinner, which we didn’t try, but looked very tasty aswell). The accommodation is extremely dirty, very poorly equipped and worst of all, the DOORS CANNOT BE CLOSED. We put a suitcase in front of the door at night. I would not recommend it to anyone.
