Laura made our arrival warm and inviting. Her B&B boasts a sleek, modern style, and has a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a TV. Plus, she had a breakfast waiting for us at the crack of dawn (6 am!), so we could fuel up before our travel. Everything – the room, the bathroom, the amenities – was sparkling clean and thoughtfully stocked. The cherry on top: it's just a short stroll from Treviso airport. We'll definitely be back for another stay.

That it is so close to the airport. We had an early morning international flight and being so close allowed us a night’s sleep. Pulling heavy suitcases it took us maybe 8 -10 minutes to walk to her place. The owner, Laura, was very kind and accommodating. She brought us a scale to weigh our suitcases, and she helped us order pizza for dinner. She had breakfast foods ready for us , so we served ourselves at 5am. The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. There is a nice garden area where you can sit outside. It is in a very calm, quiet residential area, full of rose gardens.

Where can I start? A very warm welcome from Laura and Attila. Very clean and modern B&B. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, room with tv and balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I will visit again for sure. Another Plus is that the B&B was within walking distance to Treviso airport.

We arrived in Venice late in the evening. The apartment is 5 minutes from the airport but in a quiet location. We felt at home. The room was clean, nicely decorated. Mrs. Laura is very hospitable, helpful and nice. Breakfast very tasty. We sincerely recommend it.

For us everything was fine, I can not think at anything that could be better.

First at all, the property is very cosy, quiet and the feeling is that you can stay more than 1 night (it can be used for vacation, not just for transfer). The host is very nice also.

A 4-minute walk from the airport, the best option for an overnight stay. The facilities are excellent, you feel comfy inside. Everything is super clean and snug. Good breakfast.

Despite our early flight, Laura managed to make us as promissed very nice breakfast with excelent coffee! Thank you for taking care of us! We will see you again sometime!The location is better than perfect, The airport is 300-400 meters away, but rooms are really quiet! 9/10!

We stayed at this property for one night while between flights. It was within easy walking distance of the airport in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. It had everything we needed for a comfortable night’s rest. The proprietor was very helpful- communicative beforehand and helpful to find a good place to eat when we arrived. She made a lovely breakfast that we could have even with a very early start. 😊

A bench outside the entrance for arriving or departing guests to sit (especially for older persons or family with children or someone wanting to smoke a cigarette outside) would be nice to have. That's it.

Nice and cozy rooms, very close to the airport reachable on foot in 5 mins. The service was great. Breakfast was simple, but it's typical in Italian B&Bs. There was a local pizzeria and a cafe open late at night. I loved the green garden and vegetables near the house.
