At the time WiFi was not working which we really needed in Italy as our travels had multiple stops, but manageable regardless.

Very central, quick walk from TrainStation and easy to find. We had kitchenette that served its purpose, the main bed was comfortable, and lots of space for luggage. Very quiet and peaceful area when we were there and Roberto was super host, whom recommended a restaurant that was fantastic...Marisa , awesome seafood night.

A lot of dust on the bathroom vent and on the lower shelves in the wardrobe - these places are probably rarely looked at. Otherwise the room is clean. There can be mosquitoes (there is a canal nearby). Electric Insecticide is available, but it would be nice to have a couple of mosquito repellent plates.

Thanks for the early check in - we got our keys at 12:00 and didn't have to wait. The apartment is huge and looks much better than I expected (looking at the photos). It was very comfortable, there is a washing machine and ironing facilities. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The wifi was not working, staff just said "try again later", but in 4 days nothing was fixed. There are some mosquitos in the room, I thing that's because of the canal. There was an anti-mosquito device in the room, however, we have found it only when packaging for the checkout

Hidden Gem in a quieter area of Venice, yet only a few minutes walk to restaurants on the canal, a bustling shopping area and water bus station. The room was exactly as described a lovely and clean and the staff were helpful. Easy to walk to and locate from the station with lots of luggage! Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything but quiet at night. We had a lovely room looking out on to a little canal which was very special.

The shower in the property was inconsistent with the water going from extremely hot to extremely cold making it an unpleasant experience. There was also no WiFi.

Fantastic location - close to train station, lots of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Everything was within walking distance and it was great having a canal view.

The bed was a bit squishy and we had a small accident with bathroom locker - it felt down from wall and give us a bit of scare, but the staff was very polite- so the issue was solved:)

The door closing system at the house gave us a headache. Every time we tried to open the door it was so difficult, when everything should be so easy. I don't understand why they don't change it. That was the only unpleasant thing.

The shower placement was a little awkward and the water runs hot then cold but nothing that affected us too bad. The wifi is in transition of changing providers so couldn’t get any in room

It was hard to find reception first time as it's hidden by a tall hedge and there's no signage visible from the open area.

The location was quiet, yet very convenient, the facilities were veryvgood, the staff were very helpful. I would gladly stay again

The kettle provided was old & has some debris in it. Tried cleaning it, but somehow there is still something in the water. Encourage the property to switch to electric kettle/get a new kettle. Also, it will be great if instructions for the washing machine was provided. It’s a little far from everything, but I like that it was a residential neighborhood as it’s very peaceful at night.

Be aware that the internet isn't available but they do tell you that in the description. Using the phone as a hot spot works early in the morning but later in the day not so much. This isn't a negative if you want to be free of electronics for your stay.

The location close to the train station and grocery store was excellent. The rooms were quiet and the bedroom was especially nice - it was well separated from the rest of the apartment with no lights shining in to disturb. The shutters on the windows keep it dark and quiet. Very very peaceful and an excellent night's sleep which after a period of travel is very welcome.

Everything was good, no complaints.

Reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay there. Was a decent location for food, drinks and shopping. We walked everywhere from there, even to St. Marks square.
