The only drawback is that the soundproofing is not so good.

The staff was very friendly, we arrived after the check-in time and the staff was still willing to wait for us. The location is very convenient, you can take a bus to Venice. The environment is clean and tidy.

Very helpful staff. Parking free and the parking lot is behind the hotel. In front of the hotel is a bus station with at least one line going directly to Venice Santa Lucia non-stop. Although at a busy street, we did not find it too noisy

Everything seems aged. Beds are probably the simplest choice to procure but still ok for 1 or 2 nights.

The spot is easy to find. Good overnight stay if you head for the Minimundus attraction. Plenty of parking place. Do not await too much, it is basic and simple. But the service provided by the front desk was exceptional. Breakfast is simple but ok. Overally it is good option to stay for just a short trip.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel is not isolated at all, we felt like we were living with everyone else. We could also hear every person who rang the bell even though we were on the 3rd floor.

They don't have storage capacity for bags, check in is at 5pm, the room service woke us and entered our room both night we were there.

The location is ok with a bus stop really near with a direct bus to Venezia, and the room was nice.

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience during my stay at Hotel Alle Torri in Marghera city. The issues I encountered were deeply concerning and have left me extremely disappointed with the level of security and privacy provided by this establishment. Firstly, upon arriving late at night, I used the hotel's self-check-in facility as instructed. However, to my disbelief, two individuals with a special code managed to gain access to my room during the night. This incident not only highlights a glaring flaw in the hotel's security measures but also raises serious concerns about the safety of guests and their belongings. The potential consequences could have been catastrophic had my corporate laptop or phone been in the room while I was away. This breach of security is completely unacceptable and should not be taken lightly. Additionally, the morning of my checkout was a disturbing ordeal. Despite the designated checkout time being 11 AM, the housekeeping staff began knocking on doors as early as 10:30 AM. To my shock and horror, without receiving any response, one staff member even entered my room while I was undressed. This complete disregard for privacy is unfathomable and left me feeling violated and deeply uncomfortable. As a guest, it is vital to feel safe, respected, and undisturbed during our stay. Unfortunately, Hotel Alle Torri failed to provide even the most basic level of security and privacy. These incidents have left a lasting negative impact on my overall experience. I implore the management of Hotel Alle Torri to thoroughly investigate these serious breaches and take swift action against those responsible. It is crucial that steps are taken to strengthen security protocols, including implementing strict access control measures and ensuring personnel are trained to uphold guests' privacy rights.
