You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was very good, however, absent of fresh juices, only sweet juices on offer.Pool was good, had to wear hats to cover your hair, but this was not a bad thing. Should not have to pay extra for using the spa and indoor pool.

LithuaniaThe hotel rooms needed refurbishment already 10 years ago. The back of the bed and chairs look like they have not been cleaned since installation. In a balcony from one side you have gas heating unit and from the other heat pump outside unit which is not silent at all. The only thing we took in a breakfast was fruits. Looks like the main clients of the hotel are elderly bus tour clients

IsraelThe staff's level of helpfulness varied. One person in particular, Sara, was amazingly sweet and nice. Others were not so friendly and helpful. For example, the front desk wouldn't call a taxi for us until I pushed them to. This is a basic service hotels all over the world offer their guests. The room looked much nicer in the photos. The beds were not current and comfortable nor were the pillows. The bathroom door would not close. The rooms need an update.
Surrounding area is beautiful with classic Tuscan vistas.
