Nothing, we had no complaints about room, everything was great from the cleanliness, service, location, and amenities. We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in Milan.

Our host was very nice and welcoming, she made the check in process very quick and easy, while providing a lot of information about the city, what to do/see, when the best times to do it was, and how to use the public transportation to get to where we needed. The room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations, it was more like our own apartment than a hotel room. It had a private kitchen area with a stove top, fridge, sink as well as tables and chairs to use for dining. The bathroom was very spacious, with a large shower and plenty of space for our things. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning service provided new towels and sheets everyday, as well as kept our kitchen stocked with a few drinks, snacks, and breakfast items. The room also had large metal curtains on the outside that were great for blocking out light and the sounds of the busy city. Unlike other locations in Italy the hostess allowed us to the AC system so we could keep our room nice and cool during the hot and muggy spring days. The location was great being close to Tram stations that could get you anywhere in the city in a short amount of time. There was also a large shopping mall across the street for anything you would need to purchase, and the neighborhood had a lot of great restaurants and cafes. This room was more than perfect for a few days stay and would even be great for more extended stays in Milan.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Cleaned daily with snacks and milk provided 🤣 Kitchenette was handy. Tatiana and Michele were excellent - very helpful and informative. Lift to the apartment. Trams right outside and walking distance to some attractions. Supermarket next door.

There was nothing to dislike about the property!

Excellent location only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and main bars/restaurants. The property itself was modern and exceptionally clean. The bed has to be the most comfiest bed I’ve stayed in away from home! Also the staff were super friendly and helpful, by letting us know when our room would be ready and asking what time we would be arriving to ensure they were around to meet us. They also gave us so many top tips of where to go out in Milan and how to use the public transport, couldn’t have asked for more, Michele definitely went above and beyond! I would highly recommend staying there and would definitely book to stay there again if we went back to Milan.

The location was ideal for walking everywhere, and although I didn't take the trams, they are right outside the front door. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed, and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There is convenient/discounted parking across the street in the COIN department store, and it was easy to get in and out of the city for a day trip to Lake Como.

The apartment as a whole was absolutely stunning, lovely view, clean, decorated lovely throughout with all facilities you would need for the stay. Located within walking distance of duomo, perfect location. The management were so welcoming, helped us throughout our stay with traveling around the city and best places to go. They made our trip even better. Exceptional service, they went above and beyond to make our stay special with balloons and a card as it was both of our birthdays. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Milan and would return to stay here again.

Aparthotel Meneghino is in a great location - all tourist attractions are within walking distance. The host Tatiana is lovely and very helpful. The apartment that we stayed in was spotless, spacious and very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again if travelling to Milan.

Central to everything. Walking distance to Duomo and Galleria, La Scala and lots of restaurants . Room was very large, much bigger than you see on the photos. Staff were exceptional.

Great location, tram stop nearby. Also very close to the city center. Excellent sound insulation - despite a traffic, inside it was very quiet. Nice balcony. The fridge had water and milk, also there were coffee, tee and cookies.
