You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GreeceIt is unacceptable to book for an appartement, paying so much money and not giving you the basic facilities. You have to pay EXTRA in order to have sheets for the beds!!!! and towels for every person for the bathroom!!! No soap even in the bathroom (not to mention for shampoo...). Not even a bath mat. Even the kitchen had less than essential equipment. Not even a towel for the oven. I didn't appreciate at all their mindset, and that they were trying to earn an much money as they could, even if we had pay a lot for the room. If it wasn't all of the above that made me upset, our staying was rating as 10.
It was in an excellent location, just near the sea. There was a parking just out of the house. The room was clean and big enough for 4 person.

IndiaI do not find any negative point about this property.
The apartment was clean and having all the amenities like AC, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils, glasses etc. Apartment was situated in a very calm and safe area. It was wonderful experience staying at this apartment. My family enjoyed staying here and we will recommend it to anyone who will be travelling to Sardinia.

HungaryReally nice photos but a college dormitory mood in reality. This is a place where you dont have toilet paper and you have to rent (!) towels and sheets. It would be totally ok for me if it had more correct price… They have many appartments, hope that we did get the worst, either way I am not recommending it. The kitchen looks awful, but it was quite clean. We had only teflon equipments but no wooden spoons at all. These things are ONLY matter of attitude…

Irelandno air conditioning!!!! that’s very disappointing. we did not realise this before our visit. also the beds, especially the double bed was terribly uncomfortable, springs can be felt up through it.
it is a quaint apartment with plenty of charm. it was only about 50 steps to the beach.

The employees were kind and willing to help (they provided us a portable wifi router so I was able to work anywhere)

Czech RepublicWhile we stepped to the apartment, there was smell from fried fish in the kitchen. Moreover the apartment wasn´t cleaned yet, so we should wait another half an hour. Well, we wanted change the apartment. But after visiting two tiny and unpractical spots we returned to smelling one. No one from the stuff was thinking about to give us some compensation. Very sad and unprofessional. Nevertheless after a big ventilation, it was much better. But there is absolutely nothing as kichten or bathroom equipment, so you have to have your own - for kitchen - sponge, cleaner, towel and for bathroom towels, toilet paper and also you should buy for 7,5 Euro bed sheets (bed-clothes) as they are not included in the price,
Nice evening view to the roofs and see. Good place with couple minutes walk to the beach and to the centre. Marvelous sun set from close rocks.
