You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyRooms aren't noise- proof and we could hear our neighbors easily. The level of cleanliness can be improved. Our room was older than what it looked in the pics.
The location is excellent. Quick access to subway, and supermarkets, brand stores and restaurants in the area. The personnel are friendly and they helped us with the baggage. Also, free stuff to eat for breakfast.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast the day we were visiting was not available, smell of the deodorant around the reception was too much - maybe lucky us not to eat breakfast there. Pillows were uncomfortable, really big. In the middle of the night at 4a.m. Customer's were arguing very loud at the hallway, it was really unfortunate- it woke us up scared - but it was not hotel's fault. As everyone mentions indeed bathroom was not the nicest but we knew that.
Localisation is great, it's close to city centre. Additional blanket was good to have. Quiet street (we were having window to courtyard).

TurkeyThe walls of the hotel was dark and There wasn’t enough day light therefore it was dark. The toilet was placed in such a way that you can’t sit straight on it😅 i.e. no room for your legs, cuz there’s a shower in front of it.
The hotel staff was nice. Location is very convenient. Kitchen utensils were available for use.

GermanyUnfortunately, there are no official parking places of the hotel. The info said that free parking is available, this was not the case. They are simply public spaces that you can use when free, which is very difficult in Milan. And these public spaces are also very small. So someone who has a slightly larger car will have a hard time parking.
