The place was very thoughtfully stocked for travelers. It was very artfully decorated and very clean. Massimo gave us a mini orientation on a map of the city with many helpful tips.

Wonderful stay! Close to the train station, has a quick large enough lift for luggage, and quick walk to the Arena, shopping, castles. The room/bathroom was SPOTLESS and shower was spacious! A big THANK YOU to Massimo who was very accommodating, responsive, and gave the best recommendations! 10/10 recommend. Not a single negative thing can be said. Grazie!

Max, the host, was super friendly. He gave us a lot of recommendations about what to see and where to eat. The room was very clean and big enough. We loved the very elegant vintage touches in the room. The accommodation was very close to the train station and the old town.

Massimo the host was exceptional. He really cares about the comfort of his clients. This was one of only two places in my six weeks of travel that had maps and Massimo goes through where every thing is with all his guests. PRoperty is close to bus stop and short walk from the historic centre.

Not a full service hotel and we have to open the door with an old fashion key:). But it made the place feeling like we were staying in a home…making it more charming. The owner was nice and charming so it made our stay was lovely. We will recommend it to our friends who will visit Verona.

Close to the transportation. The owner wonderful and took care what was necessary to keep our stay comfortable. This is the first time we experienced outside of a full service hotel. It was a pleasant surprise:). We love the homey feeling and the free coffee maker:).💕

Perfect location, in the centre of the city and close to train station. Very clean, very easy to arrive and easy to enter. The owner is very polite and very generous , every day we had new coffee capsules in the room! Very clean and luxury hotel, the view is great from window. All perfect, nothing negative!

Very nice, big, clean property with balcony. Coffee, sugar, water, coffee machine, kettle, big cups, iron, towels. Everything what you need. The property owner is a very nice person he explained us very clearly how to visit some places. The property is in very good location, close to the train & bus station and about 10-15 min walk to the Arena.

Difficult to find parking. It costed us 25 euro to park overnight. No free parking unless you want to risk the ticket.

First of all Massimo, the owner, is amazing. Super kind and really loves the town. He told us all the good spots to visit and where to eat. The room was really nice. Recently renovated, good size and clean. Free tea, coffee and water. 10min walk to the colloseum.
