I adore the location, it is one of my favorite towns in Italy, especially the central part. I also like coffee you can get there and property's interiors.

I had a lovely time at this cozy B&B during my short weekend trip to Bergamo! all was just perfect and as it's supposed to be:) There is also an excellent Pizzeria downstairs at the same building that serves super delicious Italian pizza! Highly recommended.

I changed to another bright room and it was really comfortable! There is a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and the view while sipping a glass of wine. Basic facilities and food are available. Although it's a bit not easy to get some daily groceries and drinks nearby, I really enjoyed living there.

Nothing the property was absolutely as described, even better in person. As an additional note to a person using public transport though, please note The last tram from Bergamo FS to the BnB is at 21:38, after which you have to use a taxi which was not so easy to find in my experience. Silvana was kind enough to offer her taxi contact.

Silvana was very warm, made me feel right at home from the moment i arrived. The cleaning is impeccable, ample amenities in terms on towels and utilities. The property was also fairly easy to find. There’s a large supermarket about a 15min walk away, a restaurant downstairs and the tram stop is only a 6min walk away. Loved my stay here! Great value for money.

I noticed that the beds in the rooms were a little noisy and could be improved, and tall people may have a problem with the sloping ceiling.

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The room was spacious. The bathroom was also very clean. I appreciated the access to the common area with coffee maker, snacks, drinks, teas, microwave, dining area and seating area. The location was convenient for a one night stay before an early morning flight. The owner was very friendly, smiling and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to others. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. I did use the car park, but it was not on the property, but publicly accessible a few dozen metres from the place.

My perfect stay at Alzano Sopra had started before arrival. Every enquires asked the host got prompt and positive replies. When I reached this property, I was welcomed with warm smile and kind words. Place was exactly same as shown in Booking.com and I felt reality was better than pictures due to warm atmospheres. This property is located at center of a cozy old town of Alzano Sopra. A nice cafeteria and a pizzeria are just few steps away. They have all day coffee service too. Tram station to Bergamo is just few minutes away. Room was very spacious, clean and decorated with nice tastes. Over all, this is one of best B & B I have stayed in Italy. When I have any chance to visit Bergamo again, I book this B & B del Gran Ducato without any hesitation.

The location was a bit far from the city.

The hostess was amazingly friendly. She waited for us until 4am due to a delayed flight and arranged transfer from the BB to the airport when the taxi service failed us. Nice, big bathroom.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was luxurious, nice and big. I liked that I could grab a snack at any time and not restricted to breakfast time. The landlady was super friendly and accommodating. Nice location, close to tram and a restaurant with good food at amazingly reasonable prices.

I woke up at 2am because it was so cold in my room I checked it the heater is off... Why? Before I sleep the heater is on, but when I woke up the heater is off.
