It is called B&B but there was no breakfast. We wanted to change our check-in time but it took us hours to contact someone who could speak English.

The location was very central Pisa and not far from the central train station. The room was quite spacious and clean. It was convenient for one night.

It is on a 4th or 5th floor, and that can be a bit of a challenge. For the size of the room and the quality (you can tell it is a really old building) the price is quite high.

Place is nicely located with easy access to main roads. tiny room with the essentials you need to spend the night. The host help me to accommodate my bicycle without hesitation.

There was no breakfast and though it was clean it was creepy.i walked on three floors stairs almost in dark.no one was at the door,but shouted "second floor"then the hostess did not want to give me a contact number ,but i insisted and took it.very strange,like a labyrinth.

Not the most comfortable beds and the lady upon entering was not very personally interested in her guests.

The location was amazing and after our check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage for a day of visiting Pisa and the staff allowed us to wait in the apartment when we had to wait for our train.

It's very hard to go up so many stairs with heavy luggages. The rooms are super minimal but have the bare minimum needed for a good stay :)

Good location , half way between train station and tower (about 10 -15 minutes each way Close to river.. Host communicated well for arrival and was kind enough to store bags after check out as we had a very late flight

The whole bedroom was quite old, mattress was sinking in the middle. But it is an old building and it seems that it is maintained the best possible way.

Mosquitos in room and quite a noisy apartment block - lots of creaking, clicking, dripping noises etc... Very loud wine bar outside - but this is expected in a city centre

The situation and communication with check in could have been better. We thought this was a hotel but it was more of a room in someone’s house and we didn’t feel like we had as much privacy as we were expecting with a hotel. There was a lot of noise and we would have liked if there was some complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the shower

The equipment already remembers something, especially the bathroom would need repairs, the water pressure in the shower is rather symbolic.

Nice place in the city center. The hostess was right on the spot, check-in was very simple, personal. Only suitable for overnight stays, the accommodation does not include any place to sit, nor glasses, mugs, etc. But it didn't bother us, because the location of the accommodation encourages you to go out into the streets of the city and use the many nearby restaurants and bars.
