The view on city and Vesuv, also the very good resturant nerby and walk to the city center (even that was 100m overhang), but was still nice experience to meet the Napoli life on the trips

Everything was perfect! Also no problem at all with a car if you take the main road (take Via Capodimonte and definitely avoid taking the very narrow little curvy roads up the hill from the other side). Parking on the street is safe and free of charge, plenty of parking spots. The Room was super comfortable, the view was amazing day and night! There is a small shop nearby and the "Pizzeria e Trattoria Regina Vittoria" within walking distance is simply AMAZING! Breakfast was also superb! We would come back any time! Yes, there are many stairs to get down to the hustle and bustle of the City Centre, but for average persons you don't need more than 10 minutes and the typical Italian flair was a huge plus for us, we loved taking the stairs and also knew we can escape the chaos of the City when we get back!

The road to the hotel could be hard if you are not fit enough or can’t walk a lot.

The view!!!! It’s absolutely amazing! That’s the reason I booked the hotel in the first place and I expected it to be on a hill, and there were many steps. Room is very nice and clean with a small balcony and mini bar. Stuff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. I’d love to stay here again.

The only thing is the airplanes flying right over your head from 7 till 23 a couple of times per hour. I am very sensitive to this, I suppose most people don’t mind, since it was not in the reviews.

The most wonderful room and view ever. Nice walk down to the centre. Great staff. Really great place with a big terrace and a fridge. Good breakfast with really good coffee, provided the weather on another big terrace with a view of the Vesuvio.

Even though i check the location before.. i didn't expect it be that far from the center.. also a lot of steps, be aware of that. its really easy to miss the place because the sign of the B&B name is small. the breakfast are NOT included, even if its written in booking. also.. it was a lot of ants in the room. so basically my stay was ok but not really comfortable and worth it for a solo traveler... Although, the view was worth it.

The view from the room is beautiful and it was really comfortable, even he was a bit small. the balcony outside really nice and breakfast was tatsy and fresh. the hosts was really nice.

Hard to find the place, and the taxi driver had trouble driving through the narrow streets/alleyway to the b&b, but we made it!

The breakfast terrace, communal terrace upstairs and small balcony from the room. The host was very accommodating and the breakfast was fresh & delightful! We noticed two small tortoises during our breakfast in the upstairs terrace which was a pleasant surprise!

Everything was perfect: the host is always available for questions and advice, the room was great and had a stunning view over Naples, the sea and Vesuvio. Delicious breakfast and a good and quiet location (only 20 min by walk to the city centre). I will definitely come back here if I am around some day. Highly recommend!

Everything was according to our expectations, the accommodation was clean, the staff was very pleasant. The views of the city and the volcano were incredible, breakfast on the terrace as well. The accommodation is further from the center, about 30 minutes by walk, but through typical Neapolitan streets. It is peaceful and quiet, as we wanted. The access is a bit more difficult by stairs, but that was what we expected when we wanted a view and peace. We definitely recommend.

The best thing was a beautiful view of the City and Vesuvius from our window. Generally nice & quiet place to stay in Naples with around 20 min walking distance from the city centre. Decent breakfast and very helpful owner.

Nothing, but you have to be aware of the walk into the city and the steps involved. For us it added to the stay, for less able it could be an issue.

Maybe there can be a manual for using the coffee machines for breakfast. I found them quite tricky.

The hosts are family members, so it is a safe place to stay at. I loved their hospitality, and their little, sweet daughter. I had stayed in the hotels nearby, but this b&b was my best stay in Napoli. It is very well-equipped, and it's super clean. The breakfast was nice as well.

Everything was fine for us but we did fine the location a bit far out when walking back in the evenings. We felt safe there but it is quite a hike with many stairs up to the bnb if you decide to walk. We were fine with it and found it a nice workout but may not be a good location for people who can't walk a lot of stairs.

Nice bnb with a lovely view over the city from the terrace. Really nice place, good rooms and friendly hosts. For us it was a walking distance to the historic center. The breakfast was really good as there was an option for sweet or savory.
