Covered parking space is great but we found it a little complicated. It was important to keep in touch with Jasmin. Beds are low as other people mentioned.

Location, space, property was perfect. Jasmin was a wonderful host. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Eggs would be a great addition. Great for families and welcoming to our dog too.

Breakfast is very limited, but even from the limited selection you can only have maximum one piece as it seems everything is counted per number of people and if someone takes more someone else do not get it We came when 2 other couples were already sitting and there was only one yogurt left and 2 pieces of prosciutto. They do not add more, just whatever left. Everyone is given one croissant. Towels are too rough and beds are very low. It did not bother us but for people with luggage there are stairs to climb.

Would have been nice to have a couple of essentials when we arrived such as drinking water in the fridge and coffee. Not a big deal but it’s always a nice and welcoming touch when it’s offered.

It is challenging to reach the house as it is inside the restricted traffic zone and the roads are very narrow. My advise is to rent a small car.

The house built of local "Tufo" has been renovated with care for detail. The room was spacious, modern decoration with several seating possibilities. The bed was very comfortable, the location quiet, allowing good sleep. The location is just a short stroll from the various sites of interest as well as restaurants and shops.

three flights of stairs was a bummer but the owner helped haul our luggage up (e are in our late 70’s). then it was easier as the days went on!

A beautifully clean apartment in an amazing location. We were comfortable and had everything we needed in the apartment. The host was lovely and recommended a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was great. Location was close to all sights and in a beautiful street.

The breakfast could be improved with fresher products and less pre packaged food. There was not that much variety. I also would have appreciated the possibility of getting a second pair of keys.

The location is brilliant and the parking arrangements are superb in the parking lot at the entry of town. The room is big, comfortable, not fully new but quite acceptable. Very nice staff very flexible and friendly. For the size of the room, and the location, the price is very competitive.
