at night there was an odd smell in the hallways. nothing terrible, and not in the room itself. plus, there is a bar downstairs that could get a litlle noisy. we slept perfectly well and there were earplugs in the bathroom for guests to use. but if someone is super sensitive to noise - this might be something to consider.

The hotel is a true gem in Venice. it met our expectation and beyond! the staff was extra friendly and helpful. we got a free breakfast for the first morning and it was wonderful. they offered breakfast for 10 euros for the following days - very reasonable price. the location is right in the middle of everything, and only a 3 minutes walk from the waterbus station, so transportation from and to the airport is extremely easy. the room was small, but had everything we needed. very clean, very well kept, the entire hotel has a beautiful design - modern facilities with a touch of an antique style. we loved it! front desk is open 24 hours, so check in and out could be flexible. in fact, we've arrived earlier than the official check in time and the room was already made for us. highly recommended for a romantic vacation in Venice!

What a gem! Perfectly positioned less than 5 mins from Rialto Bridge enabling me to pop back into the hotel during the day between sightseeing or when the weather was bad. Good breakfast and amenities. Warm and efficient staff were helpful in every exchange. The room was clean and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like the place was perfect!

Its location was outstanding a minute walk to Rialto bridge down a cute narrow street hidden from all the hustle and bustle! Inside was impeccably clean and extremely well decorated. I had the best nights sleep ever the pillows and bed were so comfy, Bathroom was spotless fantastic shower! Loads of space. Staff on the desk were super friendly.

Wifi was not great. I had to switch to a free connection from a bar on the ground floor.

It was 5 minutes from Realto Bridge and right 8n the middle of everything. The room was decent size b6 European standards. It was clean and had everything you needed.

The shower wasn't fully enclosed by a shower screen so the bathroom floor got a little wet when showering. The corridors of the hotel had a bit of a bad smell. It was very noisy in the evenings due to the bar underneath the hotel, this was a little bit of an issue as the aircon wasn't working so we had to have the windows open. The bed was on the firm side so not very comfortable to us - but may suit other travellers.

The location was amazing - very central in Venice, right next to the Rialto bridge. The room was very clean and spacious with a good sized ensuite bathroom and there was always some one at reception.

I wasn’t delighted that they took away my used towels but only left me with the one towel for the last day. I had to wash my hair so that was a bit of a nuisance. That niggly wee detail aside, there was nothing not to like.

The location is great, I was delighted at my upgrade from a single room. The bed was super comfortable, the shower fabulous. I loved the breakfast, the staff were friendly. Can’t complain about anything. Have actually booked to go back again with my husband.
