Small thing but the holder for the shower head was broken but the shower was still good and working and clean.

Great budget accommodation, friendly host Francesco, could not speak English but did best to communicate and everything turned out fine. Comfortable room large bathroom. Simple packet Breakfast already in room. Quiet and affordable come and go as you please.

The bathroom was a bit old and there was unpleasant smell (not really serious). There also was strange dirty spot on the one of the blankets. The one-person bed was not comfortable (it was rather a cot then real bed).

The host was very nice and friendly. He waited for us till the late night because our flight was delayed. He also nicely explained all. The bed for two was very comfortable. The room was clean except for one thing. The breakfast was nice and there was a range of different drinks (coffee, orzo, tea). The location is in 40 minutes walk from sea. There was excellent restaurant nearby.

The hair dryer did not work

Our plane arrived late, and the owner's friend came for us and took us to BB Smallville. He was very nice and helpful. The accommodation was clean, with a pleasant breakfast. Thank you!

The building is 10 mins away from the airport and still cost me €25! That isnt the hosts fault but if you can have him pick you up do it.

Owner was a nice enough guy and did his best to communicate. Everything was as advertised but had to pay "tourist tax" on arrival.

The room was very good for the price. It was clean, fan and kettle were available. The host did not speak English but used the mobile phone to translate and it was easy enough to communicate. He also suggested place for the dinner.

We picked this stay from past reviews on the ability to check in late as our flight arrived after midnight. We informed the owner that we would be arriving late on the day we booked and he said that would be fine and there was a shuttle. However it was only on our day of arrival that he informed us this shuttle would cost 20 EUR. In the end, this shuttle didn't happen as the person couldn't pick us up so we had to organise our own taxi last minute at 2am and then pay an additional 15 EUR to the BnB owner when we got there for late check in. We would have appreciated more warning for all of the above and the additional cost (more than just on the day we were flying out to Rome!). Otherwise, the stay itself was very pleasant (once we got there!)

The room itself was clean and comfortable and everything you'd need for a good stay. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and there was a lovely view from the balcony. We were given breakfast on the first day (small toast, jam and crossiant from a packet) and the location was convenient for the airport and had lots of amenities nearby (supermarket, launderette etc).

We've been charged on arrival as well for a tax that the property owner should pay. Which wasn't mentioned at all on the booking app. We also didn't have a bin to dispose the rubbish, so unfortunately we hade to leave the rubbish on a tray by the table. Sorry about that.

The place was located in a good position. You have a bus station 7 min away to the airport/train station ect. Close by you have a bar and a supermarket. The owner has been very kind and welcoming. Offered breakfast ,hot drinks and cold water. The room and toilet were failry clean

The property was very clean, just for one night was perfect as I had an early flight in the morning. The owner arranged a taxi for me the next day and he turned up at the early time he promised.

The bedroom and the bathroom were both very big, and the bed is comfortable. Everything very clean. The place is 10 minutes away from Fiumicino airport and they also provide transfer from and to the airport for an additional fee. There is also a small balcony

It is not easy to orient yourself in terms of public transportation around the area and you will probably need to install special apps to get the itinerary of the buses (Google Maps doesn’t know about buses here). Also, the last bus leaves relatively early and the only option to get around is taxi which is extremely unreliable and absolutely inadequately priced. Always aim not to take taxi unless you arrive or leave during the night. Obviously, that’s not the hotel’s fault but just extra info for you if you are staying here.

The room is nicely decorated with a lovely balcony, there are snacks for breakfast and everything you need in the bathroom (including a hairdryer). The owner was nice and waited for us to check in after midnight. There are bus stops near the hotel to travel to the airport and to Ostia. The area around the hotel is really quiet.

I didn’t find the owner very pleasant person. The answer on my question how to get b/b he answered- by taxi. Alternatives ? Secondly he didn’t give me a rest 2€. Yeah it’s a few amount but why ? Thirdly to see dirty socks from previous customers in the drawer isn’t not really nice.
