Some closet/ hooks are needed, you can’t put your towels/ clothes anywhere but a chair. Public transport is a little bit slow to get around from that location.

Nice renovated room with a private bathroom. A/C was a big plus! Also the wifi was working perfectly! The small breakfast was served on the rooftop

The room was sparse and no wardrobe hanging space despite huge cupboards. No facility to make a drink. We bought a kettle for the room.

We had a lovely breakfast and staff were very helpful. Closeness to the town and easy access to trains. Clean facilities and bathroom.

very noisy toilet , the host was late and my room wasn’t ready so I had to wait for check in . I recommend to ask for a host phone number in advance to communicate easier as it causes me u inconvenience. I hated one the front doors it was hard to open so ask how to open it in advance too.

good location . quite close to train station so it’s easy to get to Napoli and Sorrento, Pompei. I liked my room it was quite big and with balcony . Breakfast was simple but I appreciated it though .

It's an airbnb apartment where you rent a room, this was not specified in the description. Every day there were new people coming to the apartment. The bathroom is not located in the room. There was no toilet seat, there was fungus near the shower. Toilet tank wasn't working properly. We booked the most expensive room and receive the worst bathroom (another one was more modern). The time of the breakfast is limited, it was only possible to have it at 9am. The building has no elevator, you have to carry your own luggage to the 4th floor. The matrass was less then the bed frame, there was a hole between the bed frame and the matrass. The pillows were very high and hard, uncomfortable to sleep on. The room is very noisy, you hear both sounds from the street and other rooms.

The room is well located in regards to touristic places. It has a balcony and at the top of the building there is a nice terrace.

There is a missing toilet seat, the bathroom is outside of the room (which is not indicated when you are doing the reservation). The bathroom is small, there is no ventilator so it’s always humid. The balcony of the room is on the main road, so the room is noisy, if you want to sleep with an open window, it’s impossible. Unfortunately the breakfast was at 8.30 (too late for us), if you want to leave earlier for the sightseeing.

The position of the accommodation is just few steps from the ruins of Ercolano. The staff was very nice as the lady told me where is a good restauran and she showed me also the train station to get to Naples. She showed me also the parking place (if you have made a reservation of the parking place 10€/day).

The photos and description are not true, the hostess also takes money for city taxes, when we saw this horror we immediately wanted to cancel, but the hostess did not want to resolve this issue, she also blocked us on WhatsApp and did not contact us. Overall it's terrible and I DON’T RECOMMEND it. We are currently resolving the issue of a refund through booking, I hope it will be successful, do not book this property.

It was kind of a process getting in and one of the locks was hard to open to the point that it seemed like the key wasn't working (though we eventually got it). The room smelled like smoke. And the neighborhood is a bit on the sketchy side. We didn't necessarily feel unsafe though.

The location is incredibly convenient for visiting the Herculaneum and has many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and provided us with a cool place to spend the night. And we were able to do our laundry there, which was great!

No toilet seat, and the shower head needs cleaning or replacing. The owners are not on site, difficult to reach them, long waiting period to book in, it lacks personal attention by the owners, and my breakfast was dismal, it consisted of one somewhat squashed croissant with jam and nothing more. For me I felt I did not receive value for money. Guests arrived, I was able to let them in otherwise they would have stood outside, despite booking 3 months in advance their room had not been prepared.

The room was bright and pleasant, the entire facility was clean, however the owners are not on site, difficult to reach them, The host and his children were friendly and polite.

Great host that went above and beyond. The room we stayed in is very spacious, has a great atmosphere and offers a great bang for buck! The house is located 5 minutes walking from the excavation site which is definitely worth a visit!

missing toilet seat, boiler extremely slowly filling with water, slow communication: it lasted for two days to get toilet paper and liquid soap refilled The advertisement said there would be breakfast but there wasn't and we could not use the kitchen either. I know this is a result of the pandemic but these are important differences given the fact that we stayed for a week and we would have been happy if we had been told about them in advance.
