The only thing that didn't work for me was the bed, the mattress was too hard for me.

Our apartment was in the old part of the property and it was even more beautiful and romantic as it is on pictures. This old charm and characteristics was exactly what I was looking for. Also, nice pool and the surroundings. Wonderful views to both - the sea and Erice, the old town at the top of the cliff. Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners/staff.

Amazing view from the equally amazing and clean pool. Super nice and friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean. Good Aircondition system. You also feel safe on the property. Nice vending machines for drinks and snacks at the pool area for comfort. The best bakery and the best confectionary ever just 2 min by car away. The beaches and hikes in the "Zingaro" natural reserve about 30min by car away are just amazing.

We rented a studio in the "old building". The kitchen is well equipped. The view från the unit and from the pool is stunning. Sandra and the rest om the team is very friendly, welcoming and serviceminded.

An accommodation in the historic building of the complex with a charming courtyard. However, the apartment offers everything you need. From the swimming pool there is a great view of the sea and the typical mountain scenery of San Vito Lo Capo. Sergio is a great host. He had taken time for us at the beginning and he explained everything and marked great tips on the map.

Great central location between worthy towns - 18 minutes to Erice, 25 minutes to Trapani, 35 minutes to San Vito Lo Capo, 30 minutes to Scopello, 32 minutes to Segesta. Sergio was extremely generous with his time explaining where to go, what to see, where to eat. Always available and quick to respond. We based ourselves here for 4 nights and was lovely to travel independently to towns without unpacking and repacking our suitcases every day! The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed. Most importantly, the apartment was very clean and so was the linen - my top priority! The pool was beautiful and lovely to relax by the spectacular panorama. Highly recommend!!

No mirrors in bedrooms. A table lamp in the kitchen would be a good idea because the overhead light is too bright for use at night. But these were minor issues.

Beautiful pool with stunning view. Pleasant apartment and comfortable beds. Very convenient location for visiting Erice and Trapani. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great place, in the middle of Trapani and Erico (15min car) for night and mirracle beaches Calleta del Bue Marino (30min car) and Cala del Uzo & Cala Marinela (45min car). Nice swimming pool with unreal view. Apartmant is big and clean with all thinks you need. Two balcony make your view on pool and on see. Sergio is explane all about this area very very detailed. Great person with quite energy. Maby miss only some sun protection for car. Place for our best recommandation 🧡

There is no single thing that was not on his place in the property … from the robot that cleans every night the pool to the automatic watering system on every plant. It was a real pleasure staying in this amazing property. Thanks for having us!

Clean apartment and very comfortable during our stay. Sergio was very accomodating and helped us with some great recommendations during our stay from places to visit and places to eat. It's a shame the weather wasn't warmer as we would have loved to use the pool as it looks incredible with the views. Our room had great views over the pool too so we could at least admire from the balcony.
