Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very good proximity to metro line M3 which takes you to central area in 10 minutes. Good breakfast

Service could be better ACs were not working in the room despite the temperature being 28-30 degree C outside; when we called the reception for this, they said, yes thats on purpose, because its not summer yet Breakfast spread was very limited, things like omelette were available but only for an additional cost
Check-in experience was smooth; room was spacious as advertised Location was also good, 3-4 min walk to metro station, and a <10 min metro ride to duomo

I leave my wallet in the bedroom and it has 50 euros and the next day it was missing. I didn't use my wallet at all it was in the room all day in my bag.
Location is very close to the station. 1 min from the metro. Comfortable bed. Large bedroom.

Thin walls/ceilings - we could hear our loud neighbors most of the time. Also, the hotel's somewhat far from the city center, which is offset by its proximity to a subway station, however (M3 line, Porto di Mare, just €2.20 per person from city center). The safety deposit box was out of order - we asked to fix it, but to no avail
The room was spacious, with a cute coffee table and all necessary tea and coffee utensils; the bathroom was big and clean, too. They were cleaning the room every day, which was great. There was an exquisite seafood restaurant next to the hotel - La Plancia. If you arrive late, this is a place to have dinner at. Hotel staff were all very friendly - always greeting us on our way in or out

The lighting is so bad
Its so near to the metro station, 10min in total to Duomo. There is also a place to have breakfast next to it

Brecfast wasn't the best for 4 star hotel. At 8 am the most hot food was finished.
The hotel location is very close to metro and only 15 minutes from Doumo square. But, if is only good if you travel daylight or not alone. Be cause it is not very safe for women tp walk alone. Altrough, it only 5 minutes, but steet is dark. Also the headboard in my room wasn't good. Scratched and outdated. The staff was lovely.

Nightclub next door very noisy in early morning hours. Bar not well stocked.

The key needs upgrading! Too heavy to carry around. See photo. Maybe renovation/modernisation is now needed! The building is quite dated!
Location convenient and staff good! A minute walk from station Porto Di Mare M3 yellow line - very convenient. Room is spacious and comfortable. Not much to see around the location but there is a local pizza bar in the corner. Only one robe provided, folded in plastic, hidden in cabinet. Did not bother to ask for another one as only staying for one night. Okay just to sleep. Oh, the key needs to be updated, too heavy to carry around! See photo. They can call a taxi to Linate airport, costs approx €20, only about 8 mins away, if not traffic. Better than going back to Milano Centrale to catch a coach at €7 per passenger.

Personally? Nothing. Everything was as shown on the pictures, the staff were incredibly helpful as well
It is neat and clean. Extremely close the the station that will take you to all the attractions you want to go. It is about 5 or so minutes away from the center.

The shower in the bathroom was attached to the wall. Also when you take a shower the bathroom is flooding.
The location is very communicative. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room key was an actual key with a heavy keychain. The extra bed was not comfortable. It is in the middle of nowhere, we did not find a decent place to have dinner nearby. The online fast check-in is not worth it. Needs renovation inside the rooms. The shower was clogged. The AC was not working. The extra bed was placed leaning against the bottom of the double bed.
The breakfasts' variety of food. Nearby the metro. We could get in and out at any time. It was the cheapest decent offer we found for 3 people around Milan. 25-minute journey by metro + bus to Fabrique.
