The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room didn’t have a lift which wouldn’t normally be a problem but we were going on a Cruise with 23Kg cases.

The cleaning can be done with more attention, there was hair all over the room when we got there. Even after I told them, the room was still not properly clean - there was still dust on the high shelfs and bathroom shelfs. The walls are thin as we could hear every noise.

The location is very good, the price is a bit high for the standard they provide. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very nice and polite.

The cleaning wasn’t great there was dead mosquitos on the tiles in the bathroom and the corner shelf in the shower was dirty it hadn’t been cleaned at all as I managed to spray the black dirt with just the water.

The staff was lovely. The room was small but very comfortable and beautiful and it was in a really good location and close to a supermarket.

Great location. Only 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. Room was clean and modern. Street was very quiet so no noise at night time.

There was a rain storm while we were there and my son's room leaked under the wall and soaked some of his clothes. This was brought to their attention so I am assuming that it will be addressed. Another issue was that when we checked in my granddaughter who was 12 , I was told would be no additional charge, however when I checked out I had to pay and additional fee for her. It wasn't unreasonable, however when I am told that there would NOT be a charge and then am charged later, it doesn't leave a very good impression.

Ca"Marinella was the perfect location for us. It was out of the main crowded tourist center but was just a short walk away. The rooms were large and very clean and as you needed to use a key to get into the building as well as a key for the room, it felt quite safe. The breakfast was incredible. three tables of beautiful pastries, cereals, fruits and meats, and then you are offered eggs with bacon or pancakes with different topping fixed fresh as well! Great staff and great service.

Maybe tea/ coffee facility in the room . Quite a lot of stairs to climb so if you’re not able get a lower floor .

Wifi non existent. The only downfall of the stay. Reported the problem every day at reception but nothing was done about it. Wifi signal outside the room 100% once you walk in room 0 not even a signal this was at room 600.

A kettle or coffee maker in the room would have been a nice touch with all the facilities being in the main hotel.

The canal view was a lovely surprise, the twin room my daughter and I shared was bigger than expected and the breakfast was as good as everyone else says. Great value for money.

The hotel is located close to the most important tourist attractions of Venice. You walk equal distances both to the Rialto Bridge and to San Marco Square. From the window of the hotel room we could see the small canal crossed by gondolas with gondoliers carrying tourists, sometimes even singing. The room, furnished with taste and attention to detail, helps you enter the story full of history of Venice. The breakfast exceeded our expectations.

It was too dusty. I have woke up several times since I am allergic... There was only one hunger. You can hear everything in the corridor. Actually, I was supposed to get up at 8.30, but I had to wake up early because of the shouting in the entire corridor, which got up at 7.

The style/interior design was good. air condition was perfectly working. The breakfast was good to feel full 👍

The beads were very ,moving on the floor. And the pillow was really hard,rock hard, not comfortable And some food offered for breakfast were visible off and also some were smelling off.

-Wifi didn’t work for the first night but then they immediately fixed it and discounted breakfast fee for one day from our final payment, thanks a lot it was a super kind gesture -Not a cons but coffee machine in the room would be great -Not a cons but our rooms was located in the upper floor and it was really challenging to carry all our bags in tight stairs, try to pack as little as possible :)

-The location was really convenient, close to Rialto Bridge -Room was big enough to accommodate 3 people and beds were comfy -Breakfast buffet was good
