We thought the apartment was ideally located, close to the the Basilica and St Mark's Square. The interior was true venetian and tastefully decorated with plenty of room for our family!

The location is a bit far from the center of Venice.

The nicely renovated apartment is located in an old building. You can feel the Venetian atmosphere very well, and the beautiful furnishings also help with this. In the street, 5 steps from the apartment, there are several authentic Venetian bars where you can easily get your morning coffee and croissant. A few streets away, there are also spacious shops where you can buy all the things you need for daily life. It is located relatively far from tourists, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. San Marco square can be reached in ten minutes via mysterious roads and bridges. The apartment key can be obtained quickly and safely, the owner is helpful.

I liked everything and would stay here again.

This is a large 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet part of Venice just 10-15 minutes from the crazy hustle and bustle. The apartment has antique furnishings and is quite large! There are 4 air conditioning units which was so appreciated. The bedrooms were large, beds comfortable. Lots of seating options, basic kitchen amenities, good wifi, unique layout that worked very well for us. Cafe on the corner had great coffee and croissants for a very reasonable cost. Amazing to have our own private spot in this special city.

The only thing I could say here is that the mattresses could be softer, a foam or feather mattress topper would be nice… but really loved the apartment!

The location was terrific- not too far away from the center but quiet and walkable. The hosts were very nice and let us check in early so we could leave our luggage. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including a washer and small kitchen with a fridge and freezer (great for drinks!) I highly recommend this property!!

The apartment is exactly same as in the photos. The host Christian was very friendly and flexible regarding our check-in time. The apartment was super clean and had everything you could ask for during your vacation. It surely gives you a proper Venetian household feeling. Location gives you access to all the main tourist spots in Venice as well as easy connection to Murano and Burano islands. Tip: As there was no sugar in the kitchen we had a coffee downstairs in a cafe on the same street for just 2 euros. It was totally worth it.

It feels like you're a local. It's very comfortable for families and the walking distance to piazza San Marco is around 10 minutes. I really enjoyed this place and will for sure come back

Fantastic apartment, very spacious. Close to the main tourists attractions (a very comfortable walking distance to San Marco), but just far enough to be in a quiet, authentic neighbourhood. In other words, the perfect location. Convenient to get to by vaporetto. Excellent coffee served by the bars a couple of steps from the front door. Very quiet at night. Air-conditioning. A very hepful owner. Excellent value for Venice.

I would consider a softer matterace in the badroom and a microwave in the kitchen. No more improvements needed :)

The location is perfect, the apartament is big and comfortable, easy to commute and no tourists traffic around, bakery close to the apartment. Mr Lorenzo is a great person!

We can't think of anything that was missing or could be better...

It might be rare but our experience with this apartment was entirely positive. It was well organised and well-equipped, the contact was friendly and the area was just what we enjoy - a small shopping and bar centre, entirely for locals, a few small restaurants, and an interesting walk to 2 boat stops on two different routes.

The level of kitchen and bathroom cleanliness could have been better.

The apartment has its special atmosphere. It's very spacious and well decorated and located near the center. We liked our stay and want to come back more.
