Everything was as expected. The owner was very kind, the room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Also, the location is in the center of the city so you can reach out to whatever you need in a few minutes. If I will ever turn back to Napoli, CasAlice will be on the top of my list. Grazie!

The room was quiet yet in a super location, convenient for all the sights and the seafront. The room was bright and spacious and the breakfast was very good. Pepe and his daughter and son were really nice - helpful friendly and good fun. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it.

The place matched my expectation. Neaples center is not cheap so the quality/price parameter for a night is often not a sutable parameter. All in all though, I feel to have well spent my money. the apartment belong to a well kept and garded residence building complex. We got an accomodation for four people in a room and I never got the impression that the room was crowded, due to its generous size. The hosts were particularly kind and supportive with us showing that particular "allure" and affability that upper-end Neaples people has. We particularly appreciated not-previously-negotiated small commodities, such as free drinking water available in the apartment and a "personalised" map with the hosts' personal suggestions wrought upon expressely for our short visit. The availability of a 24x7 concierge/surveillant made check-in and check-out operations (sometimes the weak point of B&B solutions) very smooth. All contributed to make us feel welcome and willing to visit this place again

Central location, few minutes from main central spots on foot. The room and private bathroom were very clean. Fresh water, coffee and tea were always available for the guests.

It’s was all very nice. A little disappointed about the breakfast but it didn’t matter much. Overall amazing place. Highly recommend. Pepe was amazing and very helpful.

the mattress was a bit smaller than the bed frame and I caught my knee a few times. Other than that it was great and I would totally recommend CasAlice

The people here were exceptional and made my stay. There was a taxi strike when I arrived by ferry and Peppe gave me clear directions by bus and met me in the square to get my luggage and walk it the 5 minutes uphill to the b&B. He asked what I wanted for breakfast and it was there, and very nice if simple like most Italian breakfasts. Alice arranged me a definite airport transfer for the morning which was difficult in the light of the strikes and came to the guest house to ensure it all happened quickly as I was stressed. I was really grateful for all the help, particularly with the luggage and the map and directions around Naples. The air conditioning was the best I have had in Italy including two four star hotels. The room was very quiet. The surrounding area was quiet but had bars and restaurants very close and the walk to the Spanish and historic parts was easy.

Very little not to like, but due to Covid-19 measures there is no breakfast included; that would not have been a problem, but on the property listing an "exceptional breakfast included in the room rate" is advertised, which I think is misleading.

Very good location, near via Chiaia but quiet at night even during weekends. Great room simple but comfortable, Peppe was a very nice host. Valuable plus the night guard at the condo, who added to the sense of safety.
