Lovely hotel with amazing staff who were so kind throughout our stay - giving us dinner recommendations, booking restaurants for us, even helped when I was unwell ( pregnancy symptoms!).

Thebreakft was not good for us. A variety will be high appreciated. The of few as horrible.

The gym was great. The bed mattress was nice and the massage facility was satisfactoriness.

Room rather small .

Always clean . Staff at reception extremely polite and welcoming. They are all very knowledgeable of attractions and amenities and are always ready to help. Special mention for Francesca, Roberta, Lucia and Mario. The breakfast buffet was great (although very much the same everyday) and the staff( Katerina. Regina) very helpful.

The pool hours need to be longer, we were out until about 6pm on tours and the pool closes at 5pm so didn’t get to utilise all the facilities. Then the bar doesn’t open until 7pm

Great location. Close to train station for arrivals and restaurants. Breakfast was great full breaky.

Too close to the main road, too noisy when wondow was open. Exhaust fume in the reception area.

We did not like the room decor - too out-dated and did not really feel clean, felt quite enclosed - perhaps because of the heavy wood, the strong smell of bleach which remained in the room for a good 6 hours, the TV kept turning off,

We liked the Gym, pool, breakfast, staff & cleanliness of the bathroom.

A long walk in to town, but not difficult.

It is a bit of a walk from the centre. Its not in fact that far but the roads and footpaths are busy and congested so it takes a while to walk in- about 18 mins. We didn’t mind it and it was quiet and peaceful at night as we were in a room that did not face the road. A trade off between the pool, peaceful surrounds and being right near the restaurants, beach and port.

This was an elegant property, lovely rooms, excellent staff. The pool and gym were particularly great for my 10 year old. The hotel breakfast was a win. Our best so far on this trip. The snack menu was also super filling. Staff were just so genuinely lovely. It made for a very nice stay. We felt sad to leave.

We would have liked to enjoy the bar/restaurant more but the hours were very limited as was choice of food at the bar.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very professional. The breakfast was abundant and full of choices. Although we did not get a chance to use it this time -The pool area was beautiful.

Breakfast was good. Room was fine but the AC was a little weak. Staff was excellent both at reception desk and at breakfast.

The location was about a 20-25min walk from the city center, which is not too much of an issue. The pool was quite crowded most times of the day because it was being shared by 2 hotel properties.

Nice property with friendly staff. They had a decent breakfast spread and nice restaurant options nearby. 24hr laundromat just a 2 minute walk across the road was super convenient.

The bed mattresses and pillows must be of better quality. Two of us had back and neck pain on the second day of our stay. Further, it would be nice if there was better insulation in the windows from the noise of the motorcycles in the rooms facing the street.

The hotel staff was courteous and pleasant throughout the stay, from the receptionists to the dining room staff. The rooms were clean, and the room facilities were in order. The hotel has a nice pool and a fully equipped gym.

The rooms were cozy, but small and we would have preferred a location a bit closer to downtown.

The pool area was very nice and we loved the snack and drink options. We also used the rooftop area. Very cozy and a great area for an outside get-together with a view! Staff were very nice!

Staff were amazing, very helpful with every question. A good breakfast with a varied selection of food on offer. The pool area and terrace had plenty of sunbeds, a bar for drinks & food. Pool towels were provided on request. Location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre of Sorrento and it's vast array of restaurants and shops, so avoided the crowds.
