The photos did not do justice as to how lovely this property was. We stayed here for a night before flying home the next day. We arrived around 10 in the morning and the owner greeted us to drop our luggage off. She was very easy to communicate with and was very nice/friendly. The property felt very safe and secure with a coded gate and extra coded doors before entering your key into your main room. The location was perfect! Less than a 15 minute (easy concreted walk for suitcases) to the train station and also the centre of Verona. Would highly recommend!!

I think it should be made much clearer on Booking.com that what you put down as time of arrival, is the time that someone will be at the property. I arrived earlier than I expected, only to discover there was no-one at the property and no obvious way in. I had to ring the host who was an hour away and not very happy at my early arrival. She very kindly gave me the code to the gate so that I could wait in the garden, as I was exhausted from traveling since 3 a.m. that morning, and not feeling very well. I put a later time on the form because I was not sure when I would arrive, and as I had not yet paid for the accommodation, was worried it would be given away if I arrived later than I said.

I loved the room, it was very cleverly designed, had one of the most comfortable beds I have stayed in and was very quiet and peaceful, so I got a good night's sleep. The shower was powerful. There was soap and shower gel available to use, I liked it that these were in big containers, so that there was no waste. It was all very clean. The property was very convenient for both the train station and Verona itself. I liked it that there were tea making facilities.

The location of this bed-and-breakfast could not be better. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station in a lovely residential area. I especially liked the electric kettle in the room to allow me to have some tea in the morning, And the reassurance that the tapwater was perfectly fine. I was appalled at the amount of plastic water bottles Italians use!

The negative note was the wifi that didn’t work and when I mentioned it the owner wasn’t helpful or apologetic at all. The internet was not covering our room and there was a clear message saying that too many people were connected so not powerful enough. Also as they mention light room breakfast I expected at least a nespresso machine, instead there was only a mini boiler with powder coffee and the teas were not paired. Better not to mention it as a plus as any room everywhere has a boiler.

The place was super clean and the building is in a silent and lovely location.

The host was extremely helpful and accommodating which was very helpful as we arrived by train. The accommodation was ideal for a short city break and there was transport just by the location. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable and had a kettle and cups for hot drinks and a fridge

A super clean and comfy room with a bonus - a beautiful Italian garden to have breakfast. The property is in a good location, five minutes away from the train station and ten minutes walk from the center of Verona. Eliana is a very helpful and discreet host.

The 'free breakfast' was some packaged brioche toast. I wouldn't consider that a meal for two people but otherwise very nice accommodations.

The walls are almost transparent. We had a super loud neighbour who was awake from 7am chatting. at some point we had to know to the wall to calm her down. the flat is also around 15mins walk from the centre (but we knew that so that wasn’t an issue).

Really cute room on in a very calm neighbourhood. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing.

We stayed for 4 nights in what appeared to be (seeing the plan of the floor presented in the room) a smaller room than the others though all the rooms are supposed to be 16 sqm. The entrance was from the patio which is the only view. As some guests already mentioned here the accoustics is not good enough, maybe because the connecting door and we could hear our neighbour's phone conversation. The special AC system may be ecologically sophisticated but at times we felt warm and humid. Of course we didn't expect breakfast but during our stay we didn't get every day the little coffee packages (one portion each) or the cream. Eliana was rather indifferent to our remarks.

Modern, clean room and bathroom. Location is good for the railway station, travelling out from Verona by car and 10-15 minutes walk to center city. Parking available on the street.
