The included breakfast was great. The room was perfectly adequate for a short stay. The site had nice gardens. The location was a bit difficult to reach without a car but we made it work as it was close to the train station and it was easy enough to walk to the train station from there. Its really easy to get to rome airport from the nearby Aurelia station

It was far away from the city center and the breakfast was not so tasty and there weren’t much to choose from.

Location is far from public transport. Separately, about breakfast: 1. During breakfast, tables were not cleaned after previous guests. 2. There were ants crawling over the food.

Breakfast was okay as per Italian standard but for Indian, it was all sweet breads only. It was self service but still someone should have been present during breakfast

- location is not very good if you are without a car. But it’s possible to reach everything by public transport. Train station it’s just across the street, but you can’t walk there as it’s highway. So you have to take a bus to cross the street and get to train station. Also if you go early in the morning or late in the evening you have to walk on road to reach your street. As we came late at night it was quite dangerous and looked scary as you go in front of the cars and therefore no sidewalk. (During the day, the gates are open to walk through some kind of company’s yard). - wifi - tried once it was not working. Used my own mabile data. - very loud doors. If someone comes back home late, they will woke you up, as all the doors are squeaking and shout very loud.

The room is quite spacious and clean (you get daily service too), they have nice space to sit outside. There is vending machine to buy some coffee and some snacks which was useful for us in the evenings as there’s nowhere to go around. Breakfast are okey, if there would be some butter for the sandwich it would be nice. Now you get bread, ham and cheese. Also you get some yogurt, juice and nice pastries.

The kitchen in the photo was open only on breakfast. Everyday there were the same things for breakfast - mostly pastry, no butter, no vegetables and some ham was expired. If you dont have a car it is hard to get anywhere.

communication wasn't the best and we got lost on the way there, if you don't have a car you have to walk like 10 mins to reach the villa. Also the mattress was old and wasn't really comfortable

They mentioned having a kitchen.. but we were not supposed to use it.. My kid had fever and I had to give home made food.. the owner and maid spoke a lot for this. The way we were treated was not good. Hope they improve

At the midnight of my one day stay I received a couple of messages with valuable instructions from the host, like: ".. tomorrow leave the keys on the door thanks and don't come back you are not welcome .. Disappear in silence I recommend it for your health .." I'll left this on your own to decide whether it was hospitality and kind of Good Night or something else.

The lady was very kind, helps us with all information. The location was beautiful. Very quiet. The room was modern and the bathroom too. Very clean. The food was amazing!!!

It is very far from city, awful location to get a taxi, not walking distance to anything. We were greeted by a very angry, abrasive owner.

the place is not easy to find as a TOURIST from an other country. The bus didn’t come for an hour and the one which we had to take (according to the italy bus app) went to an other direction. After 3h walking around we took a taxi and stayed only one night. And the train station is on the other side of the high way. You can walk 1h or u go with the bus (bus u need to walk 5min and walk over a bridge..). For visit rom Termini this is too far.. Take 246 or 247 - no other bus to the location.

the staff was friendly and the place was clean. the place was safe as well. Breakfast was ok for the price. they cleaned the room everyday which was super.
